Simply great!

Location: A few minutes' walk from the lake. Shops such as Lidl, DM, etc. are a few minutes' drive away. Apartment: Electric gate, car can be parked in the courtyard, with us directly in front of the apartment. Shady parking space: Perfect! Apartment very clean, well equipped, covered terrace. Air conditioning! Tip: Dinner at L'Osteria Le Spine. Simply delicious! Family business. Top!

Alles wirklich super ,Simone und ihr Mann wirklich sehr sehr freundlich auch sein Lokal haben wir besucht und empfehlenswert 👍nur 1 Campingplatz ist wirklich sehr laut aber ansonsten gibt es nix zu meckern,super Lage

Klein und fein!

Wir waren 3 Nächte bei Simone untergebracht. Der Check Inn war problemlos und sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein und fein und hat alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Der See und viele Restaurants ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz direkt im Hof! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung Nähe See

Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und haben die Zeit genossen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe ohne suchen auf dem Privat Gelände. Die Wohnung ist circa 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß vom See entfernt. Sehr nette Vermieter die auch im Haus wohnen

Molto bene, zona ,accoglienza e disponibilità... L'unica cosa e che con il senno di poi ci siano resi conto che l'appartamento non era quello in foto (la cucina era più piccola e vecchia)

Wir haben uns bei Simone und seiner Familie sehr wohl gefühlt, Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Sehr sauber, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist absolut super, zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß lediglich 5 Minuten! Peschiera del Garda(City) ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar(direkt am Seeufer entlang)! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Bäcker, Eisdiele, Restaurant, etc), in der umgebung von max. 700 Metern! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Ferien am Gardasee

Eine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht, ist zwar nicht rießig, aber für 3 Personen vollkommend ausreichend. Das einzige was etwas genervt hat, war die tägliche, lautstarke Kinderanimation auf dem nahe gelegenen Campingplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Alles einwandfrei und reibungslos

Wir haben sehr sehr spontan gebucht und dennoch hat alles super geklappt. Kommunikation lief sehr gut ab. Lage der Wohnung ist echt super. Wenn man gemütlich läuft ist man in 8-10 min am See und kann da den Tag verbringen. Zum Essen waren wir um die Ecke im Familienrestaurant, sehr zu empfehlen. Werden wir uns auf jedenfall merken, sofern wir wieder an Gardasee fahren

Wunderbare Ostertage am Gardasee

Wir verbrachten zu Zweit mit unserem Hund die Ostertage in Simones Rovizzis Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hatte alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt und liegt sehr Zentral. An den Gardasee läuft man nur 5 min; der Hundestrand von Peschiera ist in ca 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Simone Rovizzi und seine Familie waren hervorragende Gastgeber und wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Mille Grazie

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Simone ist ein sehr freundlicher und netter Vermieter, der auch ein eigenes Restaurant hat. Das Essen dort ist ein absolutes muss, es ist ein phantastisches Restaurant. Wir hatten das kleinere Appartement, es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleines Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage, aber sonst alles top!

gemütliche Wohnung

Das Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war schön, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die gesamte Kommunikation mit Simone verlief von Anfang an schnell und unkompliziert. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und das Zentrum kann man etwa in 30 Minuten erreichen. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist die Wohnung eher klein, aber da wir dort nur übernachtet haben, hat es gepasst. Das einzige Manko bei dieser Wohnung ist das zweite Schlafsofa.

Schönes 1-Raum-Appartment

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche verbracht. Herr Rovizzi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns auch in seiner Osteria (ein paar Häuser weiter) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war trotz Hitze draußen (35°) angenehm temperiert. Leider wurde am Nachbarhaus renoviert, so dass länger schlafen nicht möglich war. Aber das ist ja nur kurzfristig. LG

Holiday to lake Garda

We stayed in the mono apartment, it was comfortable for the two of us, everything you need is there including washing up liquid, hair dryer, iron/iron board and even a bottle of water. Only fault we had with the apartment was the heat, when we arrived it was very hot, 37 degrees, the apartment had no air conditioning or fan, all shutters and curtains shut in th day to try to keep cool however we found it unbearable at times and quite hard to sleep. Really could of done with a pedestal fan in the room for times like this. After a about 3 days of heat we had a big thunder storm which cooled it down alot and made it alot nicer In the apartment. We did however sleep with the windows open to try and get a bit of a breeze through, therefore a fan would have been brilliant if there was one! The kitchen was well equipped however there is no oven and no toaster, I love toast so it was a bit of a let down. Other than that it was great, we had an amazing time and would come back again. Simone was lovely, very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area. Lake Garda is beautiful and definitely a must do for everyone!

Thanks Lucy, it is true you had a very hot holiday. Usually the temperature in this season at Garda Lake is 32 degrease but sometime it can be more hot with africans winds. Now in the apartment there is a cooling fan. best wishes Simone
