Daddy’s House is an elegant property in Praiano; extending over two floors, it is situated on the coastal road that traverses the town and winds along the length of the Amalfi Coast.

Sun-lit and airy, the property feels spacious thanks to the superb ocean and coastal views, all the way to Positano, throughout the house.

The entrance is on the ground floor. Here, a spacious wooden-finish kitchen is furnished with everything you need - regardless of culinary skills, and offers a large wooden table with seating for eight people.

The kitchen leads directly into a sizeable air-conditioned lounge, with a sofa bed and two armchairs, TV and cupboard. The highlight of the room is the French windows, with railing, in front of which is a small table and chairs, perfectly positioned for admiring the superb and seemingly endless views of the sea and coastline.

There is also a small bathroom on this floor. A traditional staircase, featuring marble and painted majolica, leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms with wicker furniture (plus air conditioning) and a second bathroom.

There are no stairs to get to the house from the main street.

· Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers, small table and small armchair, ceiling fan, private sea view terrace with small sofa, armchairs, coffee table with two chairs and a retractable awning.
· Bedroom 2: Two single beds, extra spare bed with folding base plus mattress and cover, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, small window.
· Living room: Sofa bed for two people.
· Bathroom 1, ground floor: Sink, toilet, shower cubicle, two small windows.
· Bathroom 2: Sink, toilet, bidet, jacuzzi bath with shower (shower curtain), skylight.

· Tourist tax 3,00 Euros per day per person from April 1 to November 2nd. The children under 10 years do not pay.
· For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be requested a late arrival fee of 50,00 Euros
· Final cleaning 180,00 Euros
· Damage deposit 200,00 Euros

· Less than 10km to Positano, on the main road
· Public car park close by, along the main road.
