Villa Sunshine is a contemporary villa, contextualised with the land and landscape, and characterised by a panorama that can also be enjoyed from inside the villa, thanks to the transparencies of the large windows, which seem to have been designed to amaze guests as they gaze out to sea in wonder.

The villa is located about 2.5 kilometres from the Catalan town of Alghero, at the apex of a valley.

The villa is surrounded by acres of Sardinian countryside with its typical colours and scents, allowing guests to take long walks even within the estate.

The very comfortable swimming pool, located very close to the villa, becomes almost one with the house itself.

Villa Sunshine is rented out for the exclusive use of our guests, who are given the entire property with the exception of a small flat on the upper floor, reserved by the property but not inhabited.

Entering the house we are greeted by a large and bright open space, with large panoramic windows, overlooking the landscape, the sea and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of the villa.

The living room, characterised by a large sofa and the breathtaking view, is separated from the dining room from which you access the kitchen.

The contemporary and well-equipped kitchen is a plus that adds comfort to those staying at the villa. The refined interior and fine outdoor furniture will make your holiday an oasis of peace.

The sleeping area of the villa consists of three double bedrooms, two of which are suites with a bathroom and one with a bathroom next door.

A car is necessary to reach the villa, to do the shopping, and to reach the town of Alghero, which is a very short distance away.
