Spacious bdr w/closet. 24/7/365 guard service. Wood floor thru/out , Tile in ba/ktchn. Gorgeous ktchn w/granite countertops , custom cabinets and tile backsplash/ Ktchn opens to living rm w/fireplace. Dble French drs to balcony with views of walking path. Small fenced in bkyd. Guests need to be qualified.
Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Guest will have access to garage to park one car and car port as well (total 2 spots for parking). Room is on the ground floor with own bath. Kitchen with separate fridge for guest, coffee maker etc on 2nd flr. Laundry on 3rd flr. Looking for longer term leases, like 2 months and up. Please background check will be needed to qualify new tenants. Non smokers only.
Guests will have access to common areas like the living room, kitchen, laundry room, balcony and backyard only.
Property is located right next to a major highway. Less than 7 minutes to the Galleria, less than 15 minutes drive to Memorial park, Rice village and several other parks in the area, very central location. Easy access to a lot of attractions that Houston has to offer. You will love this location - all my friends love it.
