We are very sorry to hear about the disturbance caused by the other guests and the issues within your room. We understand that a quiet and comfortable environment is essential for a pleasant stay, and we regret that this was not your experience. We will address the behavior of the guests involved and ensure that our quiet hours are strictly enforced in the future.
Additionally, we apologize for the condition of the bed base and the missing amenities such as the coffee pot, washcloths, and dishes. This does not meet our standards, and we will immediately review and rectify these issues to ensure our rooms are fully equipped and in proper condition.

Where should I start, the little screaming naked boy riding bike in parking. NO dishes ,No coffee pot Had to buy one and donate to the place, No wash clothes, Flood light shines right into bedroom window
