We take every feedback into consideration and make improvements (within reason) although in this instance we don’t know what improvements we need to make or what has led you to score us so low. It would have been helpful to be informed during your stay or pre check out what it is that has formed your opinion of 4/10 and to give us a chance to rectify it. Needless to say we score quite well on other online booking platforms but thank you for leaving us a review a month later post check out.
