Magnificent Villa Tofta on Lopud island, Dubrovnik, Croatia

Villa Tofta is a stunning, unique villa overlooking the bay of Lopud and the Adriatic sea with other elephiti islands beyond. Completed in 2021 it boasts 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is located at the top of a private road, just a 5 minute walk to the harbour in one direction and a ten minute walk the lovely Sunj Beach in the other, a perfect sandy beach. All but one of the bedrooms (Bedroom 3) boasts a balcony, complete with furniture, facing the sea and there are 4 ensuites. The two twin rooms (Bedrooms 5 and 6) share a bathroom.

On the groundfloor the front door opens on to a large hallway and is open plan into the living area with soft seating and flat screen TV with satellite. There is a a desk to one side for remote working or learning. Patio doors open onto the front terrace.

Up three wide, shallow steps and you enter into the vast dining and kitchen room, with dining table for 12 people. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all crockery, glasses an utensils required and also a breakfast bar with 5 stools. 3 patio doors open onto the front terrace.

Off the hall is a well appointed toilet as well as the plant room with laundry room, housing a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Up the stairs to the first floor landing and there are the two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite, sharing a wide balcony with views to the front over the sea and with gorgeous sunsets that can be enjoyed from the balcony furniture.

Also off the landing is a door to the lower first floor that houses a further smaller kitchen/sitting dining area, with table for 4 people, full stocked kitchen and soft seating for 4 and a flat screen tv. There are patio doors to the rear terrace and woods beyond. A door of the living room accesses a bathroom and Bedroom 3, a king size double. This whole area can be used completely independantly from the rest of the house so could be perfect for an au pair, for example.

Back to the landing and there are stairs to the top floor landing. Off this is Bedroom 4, a double room ensuite and a private balcony facing the sea and also Bedrooms 5 and 6, both twin rooms with a shared balcony with a picture window view with stools for those sundowner evenings.

Outside on the rear terrace is a table and chairs and parasol. On the front terrace is just the greatest view and a beautiful infinity pool that is heated and sized 8m x 4m, has lighting and also jets to the seated end. There are plenty of sun loungers. Outside dining can be enjoyed, with ample space on the table and chairs and there is also a bbq to use and ping pong table.

You can laze by the pool to your heart's content or the local area can welcome you to walks, fishing, tennis, biking, kayaking and more. Your host Robert will be more than happy to assist you.
