The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one of them en suite), fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning and a pleasant terrace where you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Additionally, the residential complex offers a communal swimming pool, children's area, 24-hour security and garage. Surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and leisure areas, you'll have everything within a few steps whilst enjoying tranquillity and privacy.
You will find the keys to your accommodation placed in a security box on the façade of our offices. Office address: Avenida Diego Ramirez Pastor 39, Torrevieja (Corner with Calle del Huerto)
As a guarantee for possible damage during the stay, a deposit of €100.00 will be charged, to which €1.05 is added for platform management fees. This deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 3 days after checkout, provided that the accommodation is in good condition.
