Nous avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaires à Valence. L'appartement est spacieux, très confortable, très bien équipé, et situé dans un beau quartier en plein centre ville, animé le jour et calme la nuit. Petit bémol : l'agencement n'est pas tout à fait conforme à l'annonce : - Il n'y a pas 2 chambres, mais une seule (sans fenêtre...), la seconde étant en fait le salon dans le séjour avec un canapé-lit difficile à manipuler - il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain, mais une douche seule attenante à la chambre, et un cabinet de toilette avec lavabo et WC attenant au séjour. Enfin, le contact avec la gérance est réduit au strict minimum malgré sa disponibilité par téléphone en espagnol, puisque personne n'était là pour nous recevoir et nous expliquer le fonctionnement ; seul le gardien de l'immeuble nous a donné les clefs en arrivant et les a repris à la fin. Finalement, malgré ces inconvénients mineurs, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement bien placé

Il y a une seule chambre et non pas 2 comme indiqué sur l'annonce Pas de parking,on était obligé de payer un parking pour la semaine . Sinon l'appartement est très bien placé et propre .
