Attico Primavera is a holiday home in the centre of Porto Cesareo. It`s on the fourth floor of an apartment building with elevator and a large panoramic terrace. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, heating system, tv, mosquito nets and solarium area. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests.

The apartment is accessible by stairs and elevator. The holiday home opens into a living room with sofa bed and open kitchen with dining area. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower. The panoramic terrace is covered by curtains and furnished with table and chairs, outdoor sofas, beach beds, barbecue and outdoor shower.

The holiday home is in the centre of the lively Porto Cesareo,
known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. The amenities
are within walking distance. The closest beach is 200 meters away, while
beach establishments with dunes and Caribbean sea are 1,2 kilometers
away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
