The apartment is in one of the best areas of the historic center, between Metropol Parasol (the Setas) and the streets of Sierpes and Cuna. Everything essential is within walking distance: squares, churches, shops, and the main landmarks.
La Campana, Sierpes, and Tetuán are less than 1 minute away; and in just a few minutes you can reach the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Santa Cruz quarter, or Plaza de España. It’s an ideal location to visit Seville year-round and especially during Holy Week and the April Fair, thanks to its proximity to the routes and festival venues.

The space is cozy and cute–right in the center of everything. We walked everywhere, enjoyed the air conditioning and the quiet while in the apartment. We had everything we needed!

Weekend in Sevilla
Small apartment, comfortable sleeping, was very warm upon arrival but host assisted us very promptly. Host was very responsive which made for a lovely stay. The location is awesome as you can walk to so many attractoons as well as food and shopping. We didn't need a car for anything that we did.

Well taken care of and clean apartment in a great location, with a lot of charm. The roof upstairs was a bonus for sun bathing. The apartment smelled quite damp when we arrived. With windows open it improved a little. The towels and linens smelled intensely of strong detergent that was quite overwhelming. The shower is quite small. A large person might have a challenge. Overall we would recommend the space, especially if it has a chance to air out in warm/dry weather.

Valoramos este tipo de comentarios, porque nos permiten detectar y corregir detalles que a veces pueden pasar desapercibidos.
Sí creemos importante contextualizar un punto: en las dos semanas previas a su llegada hubo lluvias y tormentas continuadas algo poco habitual en Andalucía y que incluso fue noticia. Como le comentamos cuando nos trasladó lo del olor a humedad, ese episodio meteorológico excepcional es la única causa probable; el apartamento es recién reformado y no presenta problemas estructurales de humedades.
En cuanto al olor de las toallas, utilizamos un detergente de alta calidad cuyo aroma suele ser bien valorado por muchos huéspedes. Aun así, agradecemos su apreciación porque nos ayuda a ajustar y encontrar el equilibrio que resulte más agradable para la mayoría.
