Ideally located between Angers and Saumur in the heart of the vineyards of the Layon hills, LE DOMAINE DES GAULIERS has been completely renovated with the finest materials, justifying its classification in 'furnished 5-star tourism'.

Luxuriously equipped, you will enjoy 8 bedrooms (8 bathrooms with shower / wc) spread over three gites, each with its own bathroom and flat screen TV, and a warm, fully equipped and extremely comfortable trailer, which complements hosting our estate for a romantic and original experience. A superb reception room of 90 m2 in the old cellar of the property allow you to gather for convivial meals.

You will enjoy a magnificent view of the vineyard surrounding the entire property, close to many tourist sites (zoo, castles, vineyards, Puy du Fou ...). This area, very well maintained, will suit the most demanding given its level of equipment.

THE GITE 'LA FERME' ***** - 8 people
Completely renovated with the finest materials on a surface of more than 130 m2, the maximum capacity of this 5-star cottage is 8 people, in 3 bedrooms (a double 160/200 and two triples each with a double bed 160/200 and a single bed 90/200) with each its own private bathroom or shower with wc.
The kitchen, around its large farmhouse table and its extensions that can accommodate 18 people during meals, is equipped with a 'piano' cooker with 5 gas burners and 3 ovens including a grill, a refrigerator with freezer compartment (3 drawers), a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, two coffee makers, one with 'nespresso' capsules, a toaster, a kettle and many dishes.

THE GITE 'LA GRANGE' ***** - 6 people
With a total surface area of 106 m2, this 5-star holiday cottage has been fully restored to create a comfortable and spacious 3-bedroom gîte with 3 en-suite bathrooms and wc (one on the ground floor with queen-size bed). x 200 with dressing room and two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with two single beds upstairs, for a maximum capacity of 6 people. Just like the other, It will suit the most demanding given the comfort offered and its modern decoration: fully equipped kitchen (with fridge SMEG and freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob, washing machine 'drying'. ..).

THE CHAI - 4 people with reception room of 90 m2
The old winery where the wine of the property was raised was completely renovated and converted into a reception room of 90 m2 to meet in one place. Equipped with a superb kitchen equipped to the best account of the capacity of reception (4 furnaces including a mixed microwave / grill - 2 dishwashers - a large refigerator freezer - a wine cellar - a washing machine), you There will be no trouble preparing your meals. A quadruple room with shower room with private toilet is adjacent to the reception room.

LA ROULOTTE - 4 people
Located in the heart of the property facing the vineyard as far as the eye can see, our warm and romantic caravan can accommodate up to 4 people. It is very well insulated and equipped with heating for the winter months. You will enjoy a shower room complete with toilet and a kitchenette with fridge and hob.

The three lodgings are built side by side and allow very easily a friendly or family reunion the time of your stay, while guaranteeing a certain independence to each one with its 7 rooms with their own bathroom or shower with toilet. The trailer is, when it is installed in an isolated part of the property, facing the vineyards, ensuring its occupants privacy and warm comfort. The cellar room with a surface of 90m2 is ideal for the organization of your meals and entertainment. Only the kitchen of the CHAI will be usable during your stay.

Our service is top quality with beds made on arrival, products of the brand L'Occitane available to you in each bathroom (with hair dryer). A flat screen TV equips each of the 7 bedrooms in addition to those installed in the living room of each of the three cottages. a charcoal barbecue 'weber' complete this equipment as well as outdoor tables (with umbrellas) for convivial meals.

Our 12-meter x 5-meter heated outdoor pool (May to September), with views of the surrounding vineyard, is shared with the owners of the estate. Bicycles are offered free of charge (subject to availability) for a stroll in the vineyard. A playground for children and a ping-pong table are added to the leisure facilities.

A wifi internet connection is provided for free in 'LA FERME' and 'LA GRANGE' (no wifi connection in our trailer and in the cellar). The three gites and the trailer are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

All facilities (bank, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, bakery, post office, ...) are about 3/4 minutes drive from our property in the village of Thouarcé. A small grocery store and a bakery are located in CHAVAGNES itself. Our baker offers to deliver every morning (except Thursday) breads and pastries.
