Beautiful apartment located on the 2nd floor without elevator, in a typical Florentine house of the early 1900s, between Piazza San Marco and Piazza Indipendenza, not far from Michelangelo's David at the Galleria dell 'Accademia, the Luigi Cherubini Conservatory and the Opificio delle Pietre Dure. The San Lorenzo Market is nearby, with shops for all needs and excellent restaurants frequented by Florentines at lunchtime. With a short and pleasant walk, through the most crowded and lively areas of the historic center, you can reach the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, up to Pontevecchio. The apartment is furnished in typical Tuscan style with wooden beam ceilings and terracotta boards; the floors are also in terracotta and marble inlays, but it has modern furnishings and finishes. Although, it is centrally located, it is in a quiet and relaxing location, and offers a pleasant ambience in a cozy atmosphere in an elegant setting. In the same street, Via delle Ruote, there are two excellent restaurants (including a famous vegetarian restaurant), a practical small supermarket for all daily needs.
