It would be an improvement to treat the apt for flies. Additionally, extra garbage bags and wash towels in bathrooms. Your prompt attention to the blanket/bedspread request was very much appreciated.

Ground floor two bedroom flat in convenient location.

This property is located near the train Station, and within 15 minutes walking distance of the center of town. It has all the Amenities that you might need, and a bonus is that there are no stairs! Very helpful when traveling with luggage!

Great place to stay! I felt safe outside the apartment. Easy instructions of how to enter the place. Very clean and spacious. A nice flat easy walk that is 15-20 minutes to get to the main attractions like the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio bridge, ect. Also an 8 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Grocery stores and restaurants right near the place. Enjoyed my time greatly.

Comfortable, convenient apartment

Well-appointed, conveniently-located apartment. We barely used the kitchen, it was fine for making breakfast once we figured out which electrical outlets worked. The wifi doesn’t work well, and it was a little frustrating communicating with the host. But, overall, a good place to stay.

Comfortable but long walk to center, coffee maker did not work, charged for extra towels and check in was done by someone who was just sent by owner.

I'm sorry you had so much trouble! The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the station, perhaps you had trouble finding the address? We didn't have any issue with the coffee maker with other reservation (even after yours) and the check in was made by one of our coworkers, that's for sure. Next time try to contact us if you have issues with the apartment, we would've been more than happy to sort them out for you! About the extra towels, they are not covered by the standard cleaning fee, clearly you are required to pay an extra for them!

The property itself was nice. Good area. Clean and beds were comfortable. Great Mexican restaurant nearby. Communication was good for reserving the unit and for entry, but when we had questions, there was no response until the day before we left. Amenities were lacking. Soap holders in bathroom but no liquid soap. Next to nothing in the dish soap container. Empty air-diffusers in all rooms. No instructions for washer/dryer. Couldn’t get toaster to work. Would probably look at other properties if we visited again.

2 bed/2 bath ground floor apartment with several A/C units that worked very well. Washer-dryer combo (not separate units) but adequate. Unit is about a mile from the main sights of Florence. We walked it all the time … about 20-25 minutes. About 10 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella train station. If you want to take a cab from the apartment, walk over to the hotel across the road and to your right a few hundred feet - it’s easier from there. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic Florence Flat

Awesome apartment in great location. Easy 10 minute walk from train station and central Florence. The newly remodeled unit is spacious with everything you need for your stay. In addition to touring Florence, we also did day trips to Cinque Terre, Pisa and Lucca so being close to the train station was really convenient! Also check out Sapienti & Crociani - Pasticceria Ristorante Pizzeria down the street - really good food and very friendly staff (Frank). Would definitely stay again.

Not only was the property as advertised...it was better! The location near the train station was a plus, but the luxury of the apartment was a special treat. The ground floor location was perfect for two 75+ ladies; split-system air-conditioning allowed a comfortable setting for all; the beautiful bathrooms were a religious experience;and the spaciousness of the common areas plus the feeling of security & safety added up to an immensely gratifying stay. I can't say enough for this wonderful rental, & I heartily recommend it!
