The apartment is bright located in a quiet street leading to Bellosguardo - an area of Florence located on a small hill from which you can admire the splendid view of the oldest part of the city. It is located on the ground floor with a private garden of 60 sq m.
It consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen.
Upon request the double room can become a double room.
You can find all the comforts: such as independent heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two hair dryers (one for each bathroom), bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels.
The private garden is equipped with every comfort: a table with chairs, a small sofa, three deck chairs .... it is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, to dine in peace or to sip a glass of wine .
The quiet, safe and risk-free garden is the ideal place for families with children.
For children up to 3 years I provide a camping cot complete with sheets and blankets.

IMPORTANT: from 1/2/2025 the tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence is EUR 6,00 per person per night (maximum 7 consecutive nights). Children under 12 years old are exempt. Payment in cash upon check-in. A regular receipt will be issued.
Upon arrival, EUR 60.00 in cash is required for final cleaning. Regular receipt will be issued
