Ground floor:
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with modern appliances, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
• Living room with direct access to a terrace offering spectacular sea views.
• A full bathroom with shower.
• From this level, there is also access to the private outdoor pool.
Upper floor:
• Three double bedrooms, all exterior.
• Two with 160 cm beds and one with two single beds.
• There is also a second full bathroom with shower.

• Free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TV.
• Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
• Washing machine, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, and kitchen utensils.

To access the coastal path, there are stairs in front of the building leading directly to the pedestrian walkway to the beach (750 metres away).
