The living rooms are fitted with new wallpaper, and the walls have a fresh coat of white paint. Flat includes: shower room with washbasin, toilet, separate guest toilet, new kitchenette, ceramic range, convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, 3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 90x200-cm individual beds (some can be combined into double beds), 1 separate bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) that's perfect for kids, living room with a dining table for up to 10 people, comfortable sitting area with 2 integrated 90x200-cm beds, and closets and racks in the bedrooms. The flat is especially ideal because of its central location in Altona. It is also very peaceful, with a view of the park.

Excellent stay in Hamburg

Party of 4 but house could easily accommodate twice that. Location was good, short walk from Reeperbahn and Fischmarkt. Good location for families too with a play park opposite the apartment. Furnishings were basic but comfortable. Only negatives were that one of the rooms appeared to not have any power and only having one key - I imagine that would be a challenge for larger groups. Would happily stay here again.

Nice area, generic house

It’s in a great location, just opposite the park: come out of Konigstrasse station and turn left.. Furnishings are generic ikea; good enough but nothing that feels luxurious. There’s two toilets and one shower (which is really good, by the way). It worked well with four of us; while the apartment can sleep up to 10, I think it would feel super crowded at that level. Note that it’s super easy to accidentally change the key box combination if you’re putting it away in the dark; when you put it away, whatever combo it’s set to is your new combo. This was an expensive lesson to learn.

Spacious in a great location

We met up with friends in Hamburg and were thankful to find a property with sufficient rooms and 1.5 bathrooms located close to the Hamburg City Center. The property was as described. The layout is a bit funky with glass panels giving visibility into some rooms, the restroom windows going out to the walkthrough and one room having no windows at all. I would venture to say that the space wasn’t originally intended as an apartment. None of this was a deal breaker though and we would return. There is an S-Bahn stop and a Mexican restaurant within the same block which was very convenient! Also, plenty of bakeries within 8 minutes walking. The description to get into the apartment is very detailed and we had no issues.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Küche voll ausgestattet. falls in der Übergangszeit die Zentralheizung nicht durchheizt, war in jedem Zimmer ein Radiator vorhanden, so dass es immer schön warm war. Die Gegend ist ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. U-Bahn in direkter Nähe. Fußläufig zur Reeperbahn oder Fischmarkt und auch die Innenstadt ist mit Öffis in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gut, Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme.

Positiv ist zunächst, dass wir eine Entschädigung von 10% der Übernachtungskosten erhalten haben, was für eine gute Kommunikation spricht. Zudem ist die Lage top, das Appartement war sauber und für die zentrale Lage recht ruhig. Parken hat auch super geklappt und der Check-In war easy. Ein paar Sterne, für das, was uns in dem Moment gefehlt hat. Je nachdem, mit welchem Hintergrund man dort hinfährt, ist es ggf. auch nicht störend.Wir waren eine Woche da. Leider hatte das Internet mehrere Aussetzer, sodass es nicht möglich war, konstant die letzten Dinge im Homeoffice zu erledigen oder einen Livestream anzusehen. Letzteres wäre nicht notwendig gewesen, wenn der Fernseher funktioniert hätte. Dies war leider auch nicht der Fall, sodass der geplante Filmeabend nicht stattfinden konnte.Zudem war die Heizung auch nicht vollkommen in Ordnung. Es wurden uns Radiatoren zur Verfügung gestellt und auch ein Monteur zwischen den Jahren organisiert, aber insgesamt war diese Situation eher umständlich, wenn man nicht wusste, ob man sich auf die Heizung verlassen kann oder nicht.Sollte man mit 10 Personen planen, benötigt man definitiv zusätzliches Besteck/Geschirr. Es reicht leider nicht aus, sodass wir mit 5 Personen nicht 2 Mahlzeiten komplett abdecken konnten. Sicherlich lässt es sich schwer verhindern, dass andere Gäste etwas mitgehen lassen, deswegen sollte man sich vorbereiten.Wir würden zwar nicht nochmal buchen, aber nur für Übernachtungen und Sightseeing eine gute Wahl.

Die Übergabe erfolge kontaktlos. Leider war die Heizung am ersten Tag defekt. Als wir uns am nächsten Tag bei der Notfallnummer gemeldet haben, wurde sich der Sache direkt angenommen. Schöne Wohnung! Leider etwas zügig in manchen Zimmern. Wir würden sie trotzdem wieder buchen

Große Unterkunft - Tolle Lage

Das Appartement hat eine tolle Größe. Die Räume waren sauber. In dem Raum mit dem Stockbett roch es leider etwas muffig. Da wir nur zu 6. unterwegs waren, war dies allerdings kein Problem. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Super nah zur S - Bahn, 2 Haltestellen zu den Landungsbrücken. Gegenüber ist ein großer Spielplatz, für unsere Jungs optimal um die letzte Energie auszupowern.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die tolle Lage überzeugt

Die SBahn Station ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das ist ein mega dicker Plus Punkt.Die Sauberkeit war ok. Man sollte einfach nicht zu genau hinsehen. Leider sehr hellhörig. Und das Abdunkeln einzelner Fenster ist nicht überall möglich. Darauf ist zu achten wenn man mit Kindern reist. Perfekt ist auch die separate zweite Toilette. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich ein Spielplatz was für Reisende mit Kindern ganz toll ist. Aldi, Edeka und DM sind in knapp 7 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Um die Ecke findet man einen Bäcker bei dem es frische Brötchen und leckere Franzbrötchen gibt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft empfehlen wenn man etwas mit viel Platz und schnellem Erreichen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sucht.

große Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, sehr zentral und ruhig.Parkplatz sollte man anmieten, alle Plätze um die Wohnung sind teuer. Wir haben mit 5 Personen dort gewohnt und waren zufrieden, würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung

Alles wunderbar, Parkplatz Situation war super für unsere Gruppe! Allerdings ist das Fenster zur Küche, das man von einem Zimmer aus auch nicht verdunkeln kann, echt für einen längeren Aufenthalt störend. Das ganze wäre auch einfach durch einen Vorhang oder zumindest Milchglas -Folie zu beheben.. ansonsten waren wir sehr Happy mit der Wohnung.
