Hohenfelde stands out for its central and modern location. Here you can go shopping (the Hamburger Meile shopping centre is a 15-minute bus ride away) and find bars (Sky & Sand Bar) and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Thanks to its location, the Alster is just a 20-minute walk away and invites you to take a romantic stroll.
You can also reach our city centre, museums, and musicals in just 5 minutes by train.

Welcome—and why these rules are important
Thank you very much for choosing this accommodation. These rules ensure a pleasant stay for you and for the other residents in the building. They provide clarity, prevent misunderstandings, and help keep the apartment in good condition for all guests. Thank you for taking a moment to read them carefully.
1. Quiet and Consideration
Several households live in the building. Please be considerate of others.
• Music only at a moderate volume; no parties or pre-drinking.
• No loud conversations in the stairwell or entryway.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please avoid activities during these hours that might disturb others.
This accommodation is subject to a strict no-party policy.
2. Behaviour in the building
• No loud phone calls or conversations in the stairwell.
• No smoking or drinking in front of the building.
• Do not ring neighbors’ doorbells.
In the event of verifiable disturbances, costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
3. Visitors and Third Parties
• Only pre-registered guests are permitted to enter the accommodation.
• Even briefly “carrying someone up” counts as a visit.
• Additional guests must be registered at least 24 hours in advance.
Consequence: 50 euros per unregistered person per night.
4. Pets
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please notify us in advance regarding service animals.
Consequence: 100 euros for special cleaning.
5. No Smoking
The accommodation is completely smoke-free, including near windows and on the balcony.
Consequence: 150 euros per affected room; security deposit may be withheld if necessary.
6. Common Areas
• Do not leave anything in the stairwell.
• No bags, bottles, packaging, or cigarette butts.
• Do not leave trash near windows or in trash tins.
Consequence: 150 euros for cleaning per affected area.
7. Technology and Data Protection
The following devices are used for security and to ensure compliance with the house rules:
• Smart Lock (access logging, no video/audio)
• Noise sensor in hallway/kitchen (passive level measurement, no recording)
• Door sensor/doorbell (activated by events)
• Smoke and CO sensor
None of these devices record video or audio.
