The pictures are much better than the reality.
The paint on the wall in the dining room is cracked.
The couches are not confortable.
The beds in the room with 2 single beds are not confortable, noisy and small.
The whole appartment lacks decoration.
The lift is in between floors: so there's no possibility of getting to the appartment without going up or down some stairs which was not practical for our old parents with their heavy bags, leaving after us...
I would not recommend it in that state...

Appartement bien situé et agréable
L'appartement est proche du métro et commerces proches. Il est dommage et dommageable que:
En rentrant dans l'appartement une odeur forte d'humidité s'en est dégagée. Et pour cause:
il a plu le 25 décembre 2022 et il y a eu des fuites au niveau du plafond proche d'une fenêtre. Le placard de la grande salle de bain dégageait une odeur nauséabonde due à l'humidité. Il est dommage que cet appartement ne soit pas mieux entretenu. J'ai remonté les informations à Lovely Stay en espérant que le nécessaire soit fait.
L'équipement en cuisine est également un peu sommaire et hors d'usage (poële HS, tire-bouchon cassé, pas de petites cuillères à dessert) Au vue du pour il pourrait y avoir un KIT tel que qqs dosettes café, sel et poivre, peur-être sont-ce les nouvelles règles "COVID". Lisbonne est une superbe ville très agréable et trsè sympathique.

We really enjoyed the property.
The check in time and check out was exact..hard to find the apartment number.
This is easily remedied by putting a number on the door. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a grocery store across the street.
