New 5 star penthouse apartment in fantastic location overlooking the Mar Menor.

Apartment 2F is a five star penthouse apartment located in a much sought after area in Los Alcazares; in an absolute prime location. It is one minute walk to the beach and to "The Square" (or the Strip) with all the modern restaurants and bars. You are a 10 to 15 minute walk from the heart of old Los Alcazares. This new stylish apartment block has a security (camera) entrance and underground parking. On entering the apartment you are greeted with an open plan living space comprising of a bright airy lounge with luxury chic modern furnishings. The apartment is furnished with luxury fittings throughout. A large comfortable sofa and designer chair are complimented by a low level media unit with a 50 " plasma smart TV (international TV and sports, film package included). Secure WiFi is available throughout the apartment. A contemporary dining table with 4 chairs and well equipped fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine/fridge freezer/dishes and cutlery completes the living space. There are two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and once again decorated to the highest standards. The master bedroom has a double bed, and an en-suite with walk in shower, whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds and has access to the second bathroom which also has a walk in shower. Double patio doors lead from the dining area onto a large balcony where you will find outside dining facilities. The apartment has air-conditioning throughout. It's large private roof terrace has a gas fired BBQ/cooking area/seating area for alfresco dining. The roof terrace has fantastic views of the Mar Menor. The seating area and sun loungers are perfect for either relaxing and soaking up the sun during the day or sitting with a glass of wine watching the sun disappear over the horizon in the evening. Secure and private underground parking is available although a car is not required as you will find everything you need on your doorstep with beaches, bars and international restaurants only minutes walk from the apartment. Beach towels, hairdryer/iron and ironing board are all provided. A meet and greet service is available if needed.

A wonderful apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is a couple of minutes walk to the beach & lovely Chiringuito, same for shops, bars & restaurants. The apartment is clean & modern with pretty much everything you need for your stay. We even used the BBQ one evening on the terrace upstairs which is lovely area to also sunbath.The hosts were very helpful & accommodating. They answered all our questions promptly. Will happily stay there again. Thanks

Great Apartment!

Absolutely spotless! Beautiful apartment in a great location. Tanya was great, she met us on arrival and showed us around. It’s literally a stones throw to walk to so many restaurants and bars, yet so quiet. Quick walk to the beach too. Everything is good quality in the apartment and the beds are very comfortable. We loved Cartagena for a day out, worth the short drive. 100% recommended!

Best apartment in Los Alcazares

Fabulous apartment & great location. I’ve been coming to Los Alcazares for over 10 years & this is the best apartment I’ve stayed in. Everything it says in the description & more. There’s even a lift. Location is perfect - 50m from the Square & 75m from the Beach. Tania who checked us in & out was so helpful & friendly helped make our stay perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

Well located & equipped flat

The property is excellently located just 1min from the beach and 30secs from all the restaurants & bars. It is 1hour drive on motorways from Alicante airport, and is a really easy trip. Los Alcazares is a great base to explore the Murcia region, we visited the med, water parks and Cartagena all within 30mins of the apartment. The apartment itself is really comfortable and is one of the best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in. The roof terrace is fantastic and has great views of the town and the sea. The apartment has been kept really well and is very clean. The check in and out process was very easy. We will defiantly be coming back.

Great apartment fabulous location

This modern apartment is very clean and had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Although we ate out the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The longe and bedrooms are comfortable and two modern showerooms make things easy. The outside space is brilliant, the large balcony off the dining room and the lovely roof terrace with views over the Mar Menor are just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Finally, the location, wow! Two minutes from the beach and two minutes to the main strip of bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the old town. Information up front and checking in/out with Tania was easy with a welcome pack and transfer from Alicante arranged for us. We will go again for sure.

Room for improvement

We stayed here 12-19 June, we had an enjoyable stay here, however there are a few things that could have made our stay so much better. First the positive, good communication with the property manager, regarding arrival arrangements, picking up the keys etc. The property is in a great location, 2 minutes walk to the beach and strip. Great rooftop terrace, with plenty of seating, 2 sun loungers for sun bathing. The negatives, cleanliness is an issue, the kettle is a disgrace, we couldn’t use it, we do realise this is a hard water area, but, either descale it, or replace it. We boiled our water in a pot on the hob. The fridge needs a good clean, this hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival, dirty, crumbs on shelves, smear marks on inner wall’s. Other areas in the kitchen also require a good clean, drawers, inside and out etc. There is a rubber drain mat for the dishes to dry, god knows the last time this was lifted and cleaned, the under side was black with mould/dirty water. The bedding is shocking, thin, cheap, worn sheets, the mattress protector doesn’t cover the whole mattress, nor does the mattress sheet, as the elasticated corners are done and keeps coming away, you end up sleeping on the bare mattress, needs replacing with decent quality. Rectify these and it could have been a 5/5 stay.

Prima vakantie appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 mooie badkamers. Het dakterras is niet vanuit de woning bereikbaar, elk apartement in het complex heeft een dakterras, echter alleen via de lift naar boven. Heb hier ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Dus om dit als penthouse te noemen is niet correct.

Stuning apartment

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and it´s a fully funktional apartment. Due to the flooding in the area the beach was washed away, but then the roof terrass was lovely to stay at with the shower. We will defenetly be back. The only thing we missed was a microwave.

Having stayed in Los Alcazaras before we have always found properties have been a little far out for us ..We have now found this little gem that is close to everything ..yet very quite no disturb sleep . 3-4mins to beach and the same to nearest restaurants and bars The apartment is all it says it is and is spotless , plenty of towels and hotwater As we had someone in our party that has mobility problems the lift and access to the apartment was great and very secure. We booked the transport to and from the airport and all couldnt have gone smoother Needless to say we will be returning
