About this property

Salty Woods Lodge is a brand new design villa in Soustons plage where you can enjoy nature and architecture. The villa is located at walking distance from the beach, next to the lake and the golf course. You can walk or bike to the centre of Vieux Boucau, where you can find restaurants and shops.

Weekly rental: from Saturday to Saturday (in high season).
Max. 12 people (kids included). Under no circumstances it is allowed to add people.

The house exists of two parts. One part has 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms, airco and a private terrace. In the other part you can find a well equipped kitchen, living area, laundry room, garage for outdoor gear (bikes, surf gear, golf gear,...) and the other two rooms with private bathroom, airco and terrace.
The house is surrounded by terraces, so there is enough space for everyone to find a little corner or to enjoy a nice meal together (BBQ available).
The swimming pool is heated from mid Mai until September. The dimensions of the pool are: 3 x 6m, 1,5m depth and an integrated bench of 25cm depth. The pool is secured with an alarm.
On demand we can put up an extra fence (see picture) between the two buildings, for children that can't swim.
Weekly rental: from Saturday to Saturday.

It's not authorised to have visitors sleeping in the house. We're not responsible for any burglary. Please empty all the bins when you leave.

Summer Vacation Salty Wood Lodge

The house of Lynn and Kristof was perfect for our Summer Vacation. Lynn and Kristof hat flowers decorated as a welcome gift. The check in and out was perfect: They where available for questions during the hole time of our stay. Kristof drove to the local surfe school to help as to arrange for a windsurfing course since we had problems to contact them by phone ahead of our stay. The house is as shown on the pictures very new and clean. It is well equipped. Lynn and Kristof thank you to make our stay so special we would love to come back again.

Excellent accueil par les propriétaire Lynn et Kristof qui sont aux petits soins avec les occupants. La maison est idéalement placée, aucun vis à vis, secteur calme, son organisation a été pensé pour des vacances réussies pour tous. We're a belgian couple living in France for many years now. We started to construct Salty Woods Lodge in 2020 and opened mid July 2021. We created a lodge with eye for design and detail. The perfect place to enjoy our beautiful region.

Why they chose this property

Salty Woods lodge is a very comfortable house with great outdoor spaces. Every room has it's private bathroom. The pool is heated and an outdoor shower and BBQ are available. Once you arrive at the lodge, you don't need to use your car anymore. You can walk to the beach, lake, golf course, café's, restaurants and shops.
