Located in Villanuova sul Clisi, inside a beautiful residence with swimming pool overlooking the lake, two bedroom apartment for a group or family holiday up to 6 people.



The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster.

The living room leads to the private covered terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Garda hills!

The property continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, wardrobe and access to the private terrace; the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and wardrobe and overlooks the private back garden.

The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower and toilet.



The residence swimming pool can be used from 01 June to 30 September. The use of the headset is required.

Villanuova sul clisi is a splendid and quiet town in Brescia, in an excellent position to reach the main attractions. Just 6 minutes from Villanuova, guests can reach the wonderful beaches of Salò and the Rocca di Manerba, a nature reserve on the lake with a panoramic view. For lovers of fun and carefree Villanuova hosts the “Giocabosco”, a fantastic amusement park in which to connect with nature, and is very close to other attractions such as Gardaland and the Caneva World water park.



The apartment is easily reachable from the airport of Verona with a 45-minute drive.
