The apartment has been gracefully renovated by the owner, Roman architect, in the 'Romantic chic' style, it consists of 2 double bedrooms with sea view and olive grove view, 2 double bedrooms with sea view or farmyard view, 2 shower rooms, equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace .
The terrace overlooks the hills, the port and the coast; offering corners to admire the landscape and the surrounding nature.
The garden is shared with a new refined annexe with a further 4 beds, with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning. (Rent € 750.00 / week)
Numerous animals appear at sunset such as: owl, hoopoe, hawk, hedgehogs, badgers and pheasants !!
Ideal place for those seeking relaxation, for families and friends looking for fun ....
It is 5 minutes from the long beaches of fine sand which also offer pleasant walks in winter. 15 min from many Medieval towns, 25 min. from the Sanctuary of Loreto, and from the town of Recanati. 40 min from Ancona and from Monte Conero nature reserve full of belvedere and restaurants.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de climatisation, ce qui a été précieux dans une période de fortes chaleurs. L'environnement est calme, à l'écart de la ville, et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir et visiter la région des Marches. Les plages sont également rapides d'accès en voiture. Nous avons été accueillis par Fabrizio, fils de la propriétaire. L'hôte était réellement disponible et réactif pour toutes nos demandes ou questions.

Traumhafte Woche in einem liebevoll renovierten und eingerichteten alten Bauernhaus mit Geschichte. Unsere nette Gastgeberin Flaminia begrüßte uns persönlich und gab uns gleich interessante Tipps. Unvergesslich war die Weinprobe auf dem Weingut ihrer Familie. Der Strand sowie ein großer Supermarkt waren mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt für unsere Gruppe von 7 Personen mit Hund.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber, mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Meer (man kann dies aber auch zu Fuß erreichen). Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge zum Monte Conero, nach Sirolo, Macerata, Fermo, ...

Schönes Haus mit Meeresblick und grosser Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und nahe am Meer gelegen. Einzig die Autobahn kann man gut hören. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit . Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen,

Casa ampia e accogliente. Ampi spazi esterni e vista stupenda!

Abbiamo trascorso piacevolmente 15 giorni di agosto in 8 (4 adulti e 4 bambini). Casa molto accogliente con stanze ampie! Siamo stati accolti in modo impeccabile da Flaminia , gentilissima e disponibile padrona di casa! Lo spazio esterno meraviglioso così come la vista panoramica.

Comfort e relax

Trascorso il ponte del 1 Novembre in compagnia di amici. Il casale, appena ristrutturato, è davvero confortevole nonostante basic nell'arredo. Due delle camere hanne finestre con la vista sul mare mentre le altre spaziano sul verde circostante. La proprietaria Flaminia è super disponibile e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema o richiesta. Il casale è vicinissimo a Civitanova e ai numerosi outlet di moda.

soggiorno a Civitanova

il mio soggiorno nella struttura è stato moto piacevole,ho goduto della tranquillità della campagna e del suo silenzio pur essendo distante dalla città solo pochi minuti. Un posto meraviglioso da consigliare a tutti.

Una bella vacanza

Casa coerente alla descrizione dell'annuncio, ben strutturata all'interno, pulita. Siamo stati in 10 e non abbiamo incontrato grossi problemi, cucina leggermente piccola. La posizione è fantastica, tranquillità assoluta, ma la spiaggia dista a piedi 1700m e non 600. Meriterebbe voto alto più alto ma l'assenza dell'acqua potabile in casa è un dettaglio importante che non è scritto nell'annuncio e non ci è stato detto alla prenotazione ma solo al momento dell'arrivo.
