Villa “Tichka” will captivate you! It is perfectly located above Flamands beach of facing the sunset … Not too near the beautiful beach, just enough to give you a privacy, but at a feet distance to go down the stairs in stone in the garden from the beach… From the villa you could walk to the beach restaurants of “Isle de France” or “La Langouste”, you could make your jogging on the beach every morning, or just jump on the ocean… and then come back to the villa. Maybe the perfect villa to stay to recharge your batteries… The ocean view encircles all the beach, and the ocean towards the islands of Bonhomme, Fourchue, St. Martin, and Anguilla… A large sun deck and the infinity pool are overlooking the beach of Flamands. The living room and the bedrooms have a direct view on the beach, and the ocean.
