Relax completely in our beautifully located Spanish home. Situated 200 meters high on top of a mountain, overlooking the sea, just an 8-minute drive to the beautiful picturesque and authentic town of Moraira, with its cozy center with many restaurants, the beach, and the Mediterranean Sea.

A day trip to Valencia, Alicante, Calpe, Denia or Benidorm, taking the ferry from Denia to Ibiza, practicing water sports, golfing, and so much more, everything is possible.
But spending a day at home by the pool... also wonderful!

Very nice apartment and area

The aparment was well located, clean, peaceful and very nice. Neighbour was helpful. Pool was great and big, we could swim there alone every day. The view from the pool looked amazing, as sea could be seen widely. Short distance to beaches and shops. Staying there requires a car. All in all we had great time and enjoyed a lot. We can definetely recommend this place!

Das Haus war gut eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in einer hübschen Überbauung. Leider nicht geeignet für die Wintermonate. Im Essbereich erreicht die Heizung nur 16-17°. Einfache Verglasung, offenes Cheminée 🥴.

Das Haus war sehr schön und angenehm. Man konnte sich da sehr gut erholen. Der Pool war nur selten besetzt und gefiel uns sehr. Allerdings sollte man immer ein Auto haben, da der Ort hoch oben liegt. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem sehr familienfreundlich.

maison agréable, belle piscine

La location est située sur les hauteurs de Moraira, à 10 min du port, qui est la zone animée de la ville. La location est très agréable et bien équipée, même si un peu sombre, ce qui n'est pas très gênant au mois d'aout, car il fait chaud. La piscine est agréable également. La route est assez pentue pour arriver à la location mais bien sécurisée. les personne qui nous ont accueillies ont été très gentilles (nous avons rencontré un problème d'AC)
