Apartment B is a one bedroom apartment at the side of the villa with its own terrace, outdoor dining area and sea views. It has its own separate entrance with hallway into the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, 4 gas rig hob, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. It has one double bed and a shower room. In the living room there is a smart TV with Spanish and Freeview English television. There is a hot and cold air con unit in the lounge.
Outside there are steps down to a shared outdoor kitchen which is fully equipped and offers BBQ, plenty of dining space and sea views. Round the corner is the shared pool with outdoor shower, sun beds, seating and fantastic views over Moraira and Calpe.

Es war schön,aber mit Spaziergänge echt nicht geeignetMan muß alles mit dem Auto fahren

Wir sind 62 und 64 Jahre alt,aber 64 Stufen runter und auch wieder rauf ist dann doch nicht so toll. Die Aussicht war allerdings unbezahlbar Das wir die letzten 3 Tage kein warmes Wasser mehr hatten war auch nicht so tollAber die Ferienwohnung war echt gut.

Villa Bouganvillea

A la llegada, hubo una confusión entre la reserva y las llaves asignadas. Luego supimos que el sistema de reserva no indicaba que ese apartamento ya había sido alquilado, por lo que se nos asignó otro. Aclarado todo esto, hay que decir que la estancia fue agradable y en la casa encontramos de todo, hasta café, té, especias etc. La único a tener en cuenta, si se va en coche, es la rampa de acceso al aparcamiento, bastante empinada.

Lovely Place which comes with an amazing View!

The flat had everything we needed was clean and really spacious. We will come back when it’s warmer to experience Outdoor-Kitchen, Barbecue and the Pool!
