Fabulous 2 bed boutique apartment on the golf course and near the beach

Stylish and exclusive apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, communal pool in Caleta de Fuste.
This new apartment has the appearance of a boutique hotel and is the perfect home for a wonderful holiday. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, a large round table with four chairs and atmospheric lighting. A lounge sofa on the adjoining terrace lets you relax and enjoy the views of the mountains and golf course.
The compact kitchen is equipped with crockery and glassware, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and various kitchen appliances, including a dolce gusto coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the utility room.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double box spring while the second bedroom has two separate box springs. Fine bedding, pillows and plaids complete the rooms. Each modern bathroom is furnished with a spacious sink, toilet, corner shower, hair dryer and shower essentials. Large towels are waiting to hug you in their warmth and luxury. This apartment caters to your every need: there is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, a safe, free WiFi, a TV system with numerous channels, movies and box sets which are in English and in several other languages. The Smart TV allows you to login to your Netflix or Prime account. Located in the quiet gated community called Pueblo Majorero, well maintained gardens, a huge communal pool, a pool for the children and a play park. The apartment complex is easily accessible via a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport (about 15 Euros). The beach and the Atlantico Shopping Centre are are within a five-minute walk, with a full-size supermarket and range of shops, food and drinks. Caleta de Fuste, also known as Caleta or Castillo, is situated on the east coast, nine km from Fuerteventura International Airport in the municipality of Antigua. It’s an ideal location from which you can explore the island or enjoy the enjoy the amazing beaches with fine golden sand and crystal clear water. There are numerous bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Other nearby facilities include a small marina, convention centre, two golf courses, a casino, and a variety of water sports such as sailing, surfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, snorkelling, and diving. Golfers can play year-round at the Fuerteventura Golf Club which borders the apartment complex and recently hosted the Spanish Open. This unique 18-hole course offers an exceptional practice area, driving range with more than 50 positions, 800 m2 green putting, green approach, bunker, Pro Shop store and restaurant. A stone’s throw away is the second golf course at Fuerteventura, Golf Club Salinas De Antigua, an 18-hole, par-70 course designed by Manolo Piñero, two-time world champion. Relaxing Stay

We had a lovely holiday and would recommend the apartment. As others have said it is clean, modern, comfortable and ideally placed for walking to the beach. We had a power and water issue but these were sorted swiftly by a really friendly electrician. We will miss waking up, making coffee and watching the 3rd hole green golfers !

Perfect Location

Very clean, comfortable and well furnished space. It's an easy walk to the shopping center where you can find anything you need. The beach is right there as well. The complex is well maintained and as a woman traveling alone, I felt very secure.

This was our second stay in the apartment and it was every bit as good as the first. The apartment is well appointed with high quality equipment and furnishings and is an enjoyable place to spend time when you are not out and about in Caleta. The pool is wonderful and often very quiet. Plenty of times when we had the pool all to ourselves. We liked being outside the main resort which is with easy walking distance or a 2 minute/3 taxi ride away. Kim was wonderful to deal with and took the time from her own holiday to deal with a couple of our requests. She was wonderfully accommodating. All in all, and excellent experience.

Perfect end to our year!

We spent 2 weeks in the apartment in December 2024. Beautiful accommodation had everything you needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. Crackin views of the golf course (which hubby played a few times during our stay). 5 min walk to Atlantico shopping centre with supermarket and restraunts. Love this area only a 30 min walk.along beack walkeay to Caleta De Fuste town which was magic. Will definitely b3 backnto this area.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment surpassed all expectations, was modern and spotless and very comfortable. The location we found was excellent, a few minutes walk to the Atlantico centre and beach, and a twenty minute walk to the main town (we walked down and got a taxi back). Would stay here again with no hesitation, in fact if finances allowed I would buy an apartment here.

Well equipped apartment near the beach

The apartment is nicely furnished and contains numerous amenities. For example, there is a hot air fryer. Everything is very clean and up to date. In addition to the two rooms, there is also a spacious terrace. The communication and coordination with Kim and Nik was very quick and uncomplicated. The apartment is located in a residential complex near a shopping center (including a supermarket). From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Fuertenventura golf course. The location is therefore very quiet, which should be considered.

Great property in a cracking location

The apartment was everything we could have wanted. Modern, stylish with all the mod cons. Smart tv with Sky/TNT sports and movies with catch up, was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Just a 6min walk to the supermarket. Taxis into the centre of Caleta were only 3 or 4€. And no more than 15mins from the airport. Jane and Kim were very quick to respond to any queries. We were even able to have a late check out. We’re already planning a return trip. As a golfer who didn’t take his clubs, it was torture, as the property overlooks the 3rd green of Fuerteventura G.C. Won’t be making that mistake again!

Beautiful apartment

Just returned from a two week stay at this lovely apartment. Catered for all our needs. Cleanliness of the property was very good. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen essentials and appliances should you want to eat in and a great sandwich maker. Bed linen and towels changed during our stay and beach towels were also provided which was a nice touch, as was the use of the washer and dryer. Excellent communication with Nik and Kim before and during our stay. As we were delayed, arriving late at night, it was really appreciated when Nik met us with food and drink provisions avoiding us having to go back out. They clearly went the extra mile to welcome us and ensure our stay got off to a comfortable start. Pool was gorgeous and always kept clean, as was the surrounding pool area and toilets. We will definitely be returning again in the future, just wish we could have had longer. Many thanks Karen, Graeme and Joel 😃

Superb Apartment

We stayed for one week and had the best time :) Immaculate throughout The view over the golf course was great Watched players from the balcony . The seating here is comfortable and classy Pool clean and well maintained Atlantic o shopping centre a short walk away. Here you will find a large spar selling everything needed for self catering . Meat counter and a fish counter . McDonald’s restaurant at the end of the road if you’ve got children then I’m sure this would be a hit The beach is at the rear of the Atlantico shopping centre . A 20 min walk into caleta de fuste on the beach path which is flat . The facilities in the apartment as described 1 en-suite bathroom within the double room includes walk in shower A further bathroom for use by the occupants of twin bedroom ( identical to the en-suite) Pots and pans all of good quality Laundry room Large smart tv with lots of choice including films Ideal for wheelchair users . The property is accessible and as a lift Very secure , gated for safety . Will we return ? 100% yes
