Extremely nice host, answered all questions in a timely manner. The apartment was perfect. Very clean and perfect for 4 people. Neighborhood was quiet as well. Overall, wouldn’t change a thing!

Spectaculaire n'est pas le bon terme. L'appartement est certes bien situé, dans un quartier au Nord de Madrid, a 5 minutes a pied du terminus d'une ligne de métro. Mais il est froid dans les 2 sens du terme: vide d'equipement et mal isolé. Qui plus est, le manque de réponse de la société qui gère les appartements fait que nous avons passé 1 heure au téléphone avec le support de VRBO/Abritel aux USA sans résultat. Au final nous avons du prendre une chambre d'hôtel.Je recommande donc de vous assurer d'avoir les acces a l'appartement en amont de votre arrivée et de ne pas louer en hiver.

Le 25, bien que vous ayez séjourné à l'hôtel, nous avons pris en charge les frais, annulé la réservation et vous avons indemnisé pour le désagrément occasionné.

Viaje de Trabajo a Madrid

Fuera de que no hay una linea directa con el propietario y la comunicación es un poco complicada y no inmediata ante alguna novedad sobre el apartamento y no se sabe con quien o a quien se dirige uno, por lo demás el apartamento cumple las expectativas con una muy buena ubicación. Un plus para los dueños seria colocar unanplancha de ropa para estancias largas, dar alguna cortesia más de papel sanitario tal vez alguna botella de agua, azucar, sal cosas básicas que en otro lugares si manejan. Pero todo bien con el apartamento. Si lo recomiendo y de igual forma regresaría.

Très bel et spacieux appartement,bien situé ,quartier calme.Petit soucis dans les instructions d'arrivée sur le numéro de l'appartement mais on a fini par trouver.L'appartement est propre.Décoré joliment. La terrasse est très appréciable. La literie est bonne.Manque un petit peu d'équipement dans la cuisine.Très bon séjour
