Gute Lage des Hauses, aber ungepflegt

Positiv: das Haus ist gut gelegen, Bahn und kleiner Laden sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar; auch abends lohnt sich ein Spaziergang an die nahe gelegenen Seen. Der Vermieter antwortet umgehend auf Anfragen. Negativ: zuerst fallen die ungepflegten Außenanlagen auf, die untere Etage ist sehr muffig und man kann nachts die 2 Zimmer unten schlecht lüften, da die Türen gleich Fenster ist. Wir haben die Zimmer unten deswegen nicht genutzt. Ein Zimmer unten ist auch Durchgangszimmer. Insgesamt unsauber und abgewohnt. Fenster, Türen und Steckdosen müssten gewartet, die muffigen Kissen und Decken erneuert werden. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl fühlen können.

Good location, nice house, some issues with contents and book in

A very nice place to stay in a very convenient location. Easily sleeps 8, 9 or 10 if you include sofa space. Nice size TV. Internet was good the first couple of days but we experienced a lot of outages a few days into our stay. Very good local shop less than 5 minutes walk and a similar distance to the local station which can get you to the airport or the city in roughly 30 minutes. Everything seems to be open late, even on weekends, so it is easy to buy things on the way back from a long day out. When we arrived, the house was locked without any keys available (i was told they would be on the table with door unlocked). The owner was able to get keys to us within an hour, however. The house had not been cleaned when we arrived and we had no towels and some items of bedding missing. The missing items were delivered later on the first day of our stay. The fridge had been left unplugged since the last visitors had stayed, so there was a terrible smell from it and some mould in the freezer. We had to clean out the refrigerator ourselves, in order to use it. Additionally, useful bits and bobs such as hand soaps, washing liquid, bin-bags were not provided. Overall, a nice place to stay but with a few issues during the arrival and a bit of DIY in terms of cleaning the place.

Finger weg, Absolute Katastrophe

Am Tag unserer Anreise war niemand persönlich vor Ort. Die Tür der Wohnung stand offen und der Schlüssel lage auf dem völlig verdreckten Küchentisch. Als wir gemeinsam zwei Familien, 2 Kinder die Ferienwohnung ansahen stieg uns sofort der ekelhafte Geruch von Rauch und Moder in die Nase, unsere Labradorhündin zog sofort in Richtung Ausgang sie weigerte sich in das Haus bzw. in die Wohnung zu gehen. Alle 6 Betten sahen aus als wären die letzen Gäste gerade daraus aufgestanden. Die Küche mit Ofen und Spüle waren nicht nur dreckig sondern versifft. Im Bad waren überall dicke Kalkränder, in der Dusche und an der Wand und der Waschtisch hatte einen Wasserschaden. Dieser war völlig aufgequollen und eine Schublade ausgerissen. Im grossen und ganzen hat die Wohnung einen sehr abgewohnten, widerlichen Eindruck gemacht. Der Aussenbereich sah ähnlich aus. Auf dem Grundstück war das Gras ca 1,5m hoch ein abgeranztes Auto stand abgemeldet davor und in den Ecken lag überall Müll was nur noch durch eine Ratte am hellerlichten Tag getoppt werden konnte. Wir sind sofort in ein Hotel gezogen. Da hier eine Nachbesserung den Rahmen gesprengt hätte.... Eine andere Familie im Haus ging es ähnlich, sie waren nicht mit dem Auto und konnten mit ihren Kindern nicht fliehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Anschluss war sehr fragwürdig. Er schrieb, er empfindet alles als sehr sauber und hat Bilder geschickt, die natürlich etwas anderes zeigen wie unser Eindruck vor Ort. Fewo hält sich in der Sache bedeckt, so dass nur der Rechtsweg bleibt sobald wir zurück sind. Fazit: Finger weg!!!

De få saker som var positiva med boendet kan man räkna på en hand. -Jättebra läge. Endast 300 meter till pendeltåget. -Sköna sängar med rena och fräscha sängkläder. -Rena badlakan. -Tvättmaskinen var fräsch. Det vi var missnöjda med var: -Städningen. Det var spindelväv och dammråttor i hörnen. Kylskåpet var inte ordentligt urtorkat. Hårstrån i duschen. -Flera saker var trasiga, tex glödlampa i taket, duschmunstycke och diskkorgen i diskmaskinen. -Det fanns bara en garderob i hela huset och i den fanns bara två galgar. Vi var tio personer och de av oss som bodde i källaren fick ha kvar alla våra grejer i resväskorna. Det fanns varken krokar, hyllor eller skåp. Inte ens på toaletten fanns det nånstans att hänga handdukar, kläder eller necessärer. -Utemiljön var under all kritik. Vi hade sett fram emot att kunna sitta ute och äta. Men det var inte sopat, rengjort eller klippt gräs på hur länge som helst. Grenar och löv från hösten och vintern låg kvar. Gräset var 50cm högt. Möblerna var smutsiga. Grill fick vi inte förrän dag 2, trots att värden sagt att det skulle finnas. -Det fanns inga rökdetektorer i huset och brandsläckaren stod utomhus bland en massa bråte och skräp. -Vi såg råttor utanför huset. Det kanske inte är värdens fel, men det bidrog inte till någon positiv känsla. De saker vi saknade skrev vi om direkt till värden. Dagen efter hade han ställt en påse med endel av grejerna vid dörren. Men allt fick vi fixa själv. Duschen fick vi själva laga och rökdetektorerna fick vi själva placera ut. Vi fick därför lägga dem löst bara eftersom vi inte kunde skruva upp dem. Vi kommer definitivt inte att bo här fler gånger.

Lage super, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit geht so

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat versucht alles, was an Ausstattung gefehlt hat zu besorgen. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell im Zentrum und der Supermarkt ist direkt an der Bahn. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung nicht sehr gut und das gesamte Objekt machte einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck. Für den Preis etwas weitaus besseres erwartet.
