Perfectly located 4 bedroom 8 bed house close to ocean and city center

A home away from home! The house is located in the popular area of ​​Nacka, just 15 minutes (13km) by car to Stockholm city. Public transport is also available close by, a bus stop 3 minutes from the house take's you into Stockholm city (routes ~ 2-3 times / h) and within 10 minutes walk you have another bus stop where buses leave for Stockholm city approximately every 10-15 minutes.
The garden is filled with sun from early morning to evening (sun sets on the balcony until around 8.30pm). The kids have lots of things to do in the garden with trampoline, childrens playhouse, basketball goal, football goal.

Floor one:
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with coffeemaker, blender, roast, microwave etc.
Living / dining room open space area has a big nice couch with 3 comfy chairs and a 55 'LED flat screen tv,
Netflix and Sonos player. Dining area with a table for 6-10 people. From the open space living / dining room area you can enter the deck, located in south west and enjoy dining until sunset.
Bathrooms no1 with shower and toilette.
The laundry room has both a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

Floor 2:
2 master bedrooms with double beds in both of them.
2 rooms with single beds and 2 extra mattresses.
Bathrooms no2 with shower and toilette.
Upper living room with small TV area with 40 "flat screen TV, Apple TV, Netflix, very cozy for kids.

Nice to know / special request:
The house is standard equipped with 6 beds but can be free of charge with 2 extra beds in the bedroom 4 upon request.
High speed (100Mb) WIFI included.
A large food chain and a shopping mall is located just 5 min away by car.
Barbequing available
On the driveway you can park 2 cars.
On request we can arrange baby beds, strollers, baby chair.

Exploring the surrounding area:
Bathing on beach and lakes are available close by; 10 minutes walk from the house you have the small lake "Bastusjön" where you can enjoy an evening swim. The house is also close to "Skurusundet", about 6 minutes walk from the house, where you can sit and enjoy boats pass by.
Nearby you found several lakes for sunbathing, and 10 minutes drive from the house you will find the popular Beach "Boo Bath" in Saltsjö Boo. The archipelago is just around the corner, and there are boat trips available (mostly from city) for touring out to different islands.
In the area (7 min walk from the house) you also find a nice park (playground), football fields etc for children to enjoy.

5 minutes walk from the house you can also enter the recreation area "Nyckelviken". Here you will find walking, running and biking tracks and an outside gym. They have horses, pigs, cows, rabbits, chickens etc and during weekends pony riding is also arranged. Du kan også nyte det mansion hvor du kan ha av bite to eat or just a coffie.
