Large family home with jacuzzi in very calm area just outside Stockholm

Welcome to our home, the perfect place for the large family / group looking for a nice, calm and trouble-free stay just 15 minutes outside the city of Stockholm.

THE HOUSE & GARDEN
The large 300+ sqm house lies in a peaceful area beautifully close to the woods and the nearby sea. The lush, fully fenced 1500+ sqm garden, with sun all day long, surrounds the house with fruit trees, flowerbeds, a large lawn (with a trampoline, swings and slider for the kids), a jacuzzi, a large barbecue and two separate patios with great possibilities for dining and lounge furniture. The house and garden are very child-friendly and the small playhouse is a great place for the younger children to enjoy.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by a spacious living room with a 55 "TV + Apple TV, a large dining area, a playroom / TV room (with a complimentary Wii game), and a small WC. The heart of the house is the huge, well-equipped, and generous kitchen with a table for six people and the adjacent dining area with room for up to 12 people.

Upstairs you enter a second hallway with a working area (including an iMac) and you will find three bedrooms well separated from the rest of the house. Bedroom # 1 has a queen-size bed, bedroom # 2 features two child beds (70x180 cm) and a mattress on the floor, and bedroom # 3 is the master bedroom with a large double bed and lovely morning sunshine coming through the windows facing the lawn. On the top floor is also a large, very nice bathroom with WC, sink, a large bath tub and shower.

The fully equipped basement is basement and offers bedroom # 4 and # 5, each with a large double bed (180x200cm) and room for a large air mattress (provided). The basement also features a kitchen and a large bathroom with WC, shower and sauna. Here is also where the laundry resides with brand new washing machine and tumble dryer.

High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary - and Netflix + Viaplay is included. There is also a Wii game in the playroom.

Final cleaning, bedlinen and towels are included.

THE SURROUNDINGS
Our house is located in a very quiet area and our street is one way so almost no cars pass by the house. The house is less than one kilometer from the sea so you can walk from our house and be down there in less than 10 minutes. We usually take a bath at “Näsa äng” which is about 20 minutes walk (or five minutes by car). Our house is also located right next to a small forest and the golf course "Djursholms GK". There are tracks for jogging / walking starting only meters from the house.
There are two really good malls only 10 minutes away; Täby Centrum (and Mall of Scandinavia (There is also a large grocery store only 5 minutes away by car). A convenience store is located even closer, only 15 minutes walking distance.

Commuting into central Stockholm is super-easy as public transportation, both buses, subways and trains, are right nearby. If you have a car you can use the car park right in front of the house free of charge and the drive into the very center of Stockholm is less than 15 minutes.
