Fantastic Location

This seaview apartment is in an ideal location for anyone wanting to be in central Puerto Pollensa. It overlooks the promenade and the beach - 25 meters away. The views are fantastic, with wonderful sun rises and endless opportunities for people watching! There are many restaurants/cafes within a few minutes plus small convenience stores nearby. A good supermarket is a five minute walk away. A car is not essential with this property. We had a bus transfer from the airport with Flybus - very good. The apartment is on the second floor with 39 steps but there is a lift. The property was very clean and had every thing needed. Can recommend. The double bed mattress in the second bedroom could do with replacing. It is well worn and very lumpy. An ovenglove would be a useful addition in the kitchen.

Place was absolutely beautiful and the town of Pollenca is amazing. Welcome pack of soaps, shampoos, detergent, etc. is included in the price however and was not left for us so we purchased all of our own of those things and was offered the welcomepack to be delivered the day before we left mallorca. we got NO reimbursement either so make sure you check that you have your included welcome pack, as they may try to do this with others. Also the moment we walked in, sand was crunching below my feet throughout the apartment so I do not think the floors were cleaned. Other than those small problems, the bnb is stunning and the pictures are accurate. I would still recommend.

An amazing, spacious and bright apartment in a perfect location. The balcony overlooks the sea which is great for a morning coffeean evening drink. It also makes swimming at any time of day very accessible. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. As the other reviews suggest, replacing the mattresses wouldn’t go a miss.

The location was perfect. The Natalia Beach support staff were really helpful in resolving a few teething issues. Really felt that a comprehensive information sheet would have been useful re location of chemists, supermarkets and bins.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location.

Location was good. Amazing views.Arrival at the property was easy and we were allowed to enter the property early which was very good. The property was a little tired, could do with freshening up.The shower water went cold after 34 showers, so we couldn',t all shower after eachother.

We stayed at Natalie Beach house and the location and size of the property was great

We stayed at Natalie Beach house and the location and size of the property was great. Slightly out dated but clean. Main issue was no internet connection till the last day of the trip travelling with a 2 year old and having to use my own data the whole trip was not ideal. Although the communication was good there was no compensationadditional support to fix it. There was also no flexibility with check in and check out. We had a strict 5pm check in and 10am check out. With the cleaners turning up at 9am on departure. This meant long days either side of the holiday with luggage but would recommend for a cheap stay overlooking the beach.
