Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and there is a Smart TV in the living room, beside all other basic electrical appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction stoves, microwave, fridge, etc.
