About this property

ALGARVE COUNTRY VILLA 1 WITH POOL by HOMING

Stunning 3-bedroom home, offering the perfect refuge for those seeking sun, comfort, and privacy. Located on a quiet and dead-end residential street, the house is just a 3-minute drive from the center of São Brás de Alportel, where you will find a wide variety of traditional Portuguese and international restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a daily market.



São Brás is a 30-minute drive from the incredible beaches of Tavira, Fuseta and Cabanas, and 30 minutes from Faro airport. The very spacious terrace around the pool is ideal for enjoying the outdoors and features an outdoor shower, children's trampoline, sun loungers and a generous shaded dining area with a barbecue. The pool measures 9 x 4 m, is saltwater and chemical-free! All 3 bedrooms have direct pool access, are spacious and well-decorated, two of them en-suite.



All sheets and towels are provided, as well as first-day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper.



The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond with your expected arrival time. Check-in is done directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, but please note that check-in between 7 pm and 12 am has an extra cost of €30.



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that when checking out, you pay attention to your belongings, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.



We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to your accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Das Haus benötigt hie und da einige Reperaturen, bzw Renovierungen/Reinigungen. (Eine Tür ließ sich von innen schlecht verriegeln, Vorhänge sollten gereinigt werden, im Bad keine Steckdose). Aber für den Preis, kann man das auch in Kauf nehmen. Am vorletzten Tag, war anscheinend der Hausmeister in dem Haus und hat die Anlage nicht abgesperrt, was uns sehr irritierte, da unsere Wertsachen einfach rumlagen! Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet und man kann die Zeit genießen.

Wir sind ohne Kinder vereist, jedoch waren ein Trampolin und auch viele Spielmöglichkeoten auf dem sehr großen Grundstück. Die Zimmer. Waren toll, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und gepflegt, nur die Türen und Fenster etwas störrisch/ nicht so gut verarbeitet. In unserer Woche Aufenthalt kam sogar 1x jemand um den Pool zu reinigen. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage schön ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen. Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche waschen und eine spülmaschine waren auch vorhanden, 2 von 3 Badewannen sind mittlerweile zu ebenerdigen Duschen umgebaut. Alles in allem waren wir wirklich begeistert, auch die Kaution bekamen wir zeitnah wieder zurück. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Piscine très agréable. Le terrain de pétanque est un plus. Il n'y a pas 3 chambres + 1 salon TV mais deux chambres et un canapé lit dans le salon TV. Nous avons attendu le code pour entrer dans la maison une heure devant la porte... La proximité des maisons voisines et donc le bruit est un moins. Globalement le tarif de la location est trop élevé pour la prestation au regard de ce qui se pratique dans la région.

repos et tranquilité

Maison spacieuse conforme à la description. Chaque chambre possédant sa salle de bain. Espace extérieur bien entrtetenu et très agréable. Nous recommandons vievemnt cette maison. Le seul point négative serait qu'elle est loin du centre. Mais cela n'est pas gênant.
