Lovely family house with great garden and pool.

We had a wonderful week in this villa. The owner was very welcoming and kind. Lovely views of Faro and the wetlands. Depending on the wind direction you can regularly hear the traffic nearby. Overall we enjoyed our week and warmly recommend this family house!

A very comfortable stay

A nice spacious house, very well equipped. A lovely pool with equally beautiful garden. A separate apartment downstairs, fully equipped as well. Contact with Li Lin was very pleasant, she does her utmost to make sure your stay is perfect. The villa is ideally located to visit both parts of the Algarve, either direction Albufeira or Tavira. Thank you we had a perfect stay!

An amazing villa

This family-size villa is amazing, with its external pool and its beautiful garden full of fruit trees. It is also very clean and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv and all the bedrooms have their own bathroom). Li Lin and Larysa were always very nice and available and their attention to details was very appreciated. Larysa was very knowledgeable on the places to visit in the area. We really recommend this villa !

A perfect getaway

We had a beautiful 10 days staying at this beautiful villa. There is everything that you would need as the villa is very well equipped. Enough crockery and cutlery. Beautiful places to sit around the pool and on the verandah to enjoy the views and the sunset. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. A wonderful place for a break away from it all. The gardens are amazing. So well maintained with a variety of foliage.

The perfect place to stay in the Algarve

My family and I were extremely impressed with this beautiful house and by the hospitality shown to us by the owners. The house is very spacious and equipped with modern amenities (Kitchen and flatscreen TV) which is not always very common for the region. The swimming pool is of a decent size and is perfect to cool off and relax. In addition, the surrounding garden makes the stay extremely relaxing and enjoyable; it really is a casa das rosas. Nearby there are several shops and restaurants that are accessible by car. I unreservedly and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is intending to stay in the Algarve, you will not regret it.

Great week

It’s near to the beach (20 minutes) and quiet at night. The garden is beautifull and so is the pool. Like we saw in other comments, the pool is a littke rough. The only thing with young kids was that one room is completely separate from the main house. It was not what we expected at first.

Wonderful stay

We spent a wonderful week in Casa das Rosas with three sisters and our partners. Very well and tastefully equipped, enough space inside and outside and a wonderful terrace with a big diningtable and awesome views on the ocean and the sunset. Garden full colour and smell and fresh lemons to pick. Santa Barbara, very nice small village, at 15 minutes walking, 2 supermarkets, restaurants and coffeebars. And, last but not least, hosts were so nice, welcoming and flexible, we felt really at home. Thank you very much Antonio and Li Lin! Rimke

Excellent villa for relaxed holiday in South Portugal

We were a group of 7 and we enjoyed our stay in Casa das Rosas. Owners were very welcoming and responded quicly to our questions and the communication what smooth all the way. They were flexible with our check-in! The description of the villa was accurate. It's a chariming villa and especially outside area is well maintained with green garden and grill area which we used almost every night! Overall, the villa was nicely maintained and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals for bigger groups and there are basic equipments and tools (also rice cooker!). I can warmly recommend this villa if you want to stay in a quiet place and relax. The nearest small village is about 10 mins walk and Faro about 10kms.

A wonderful week in Faro

The property was clean, spacious, with great views and plenty of amenities. It was very close to the airport, as well as shops, petrol stations and a local pharmacy, so a very convenient location. It was also within easy driving distance of a range of great destinations so travel around was straightforward. We were so impressed by the beautiful garden of the villa, from which we were encouraged to pick fresh fruit which was delicious! The house easily accommodated 8 adults with plenty of privacy, particularly with the annex on the bottom floor with a private kitchen and bathroom. The host was brilliant; always in easy contact and incredibly helpful. At one point, we accidentally locked the key in the annex, and someone arrived within an hour with a spare key. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you want to visit the Algarve.

Home away from home.

This is not a typical holiday villa. Casa Rosas is a family home. It has everything you would find in your own home. From the owner to the cleaner and gardener we were treated so well. Not in a tourist area this home is ideal for chilled, quiet holidays. You will need a car. The pool and gardens are very special and we were treated to fresh mangoes and lemons from the mature trees. Please be aware that the mosquitoes are a real pest in this area and caused us a lot of discomfort. Santa Barbara de Nexe is around a 10-15min walk, 2mins by car and has an amazing Italian restaurant we visited 3 times during our holiday, Highly recommended. No beach/pool towels provided this maybe something the owners may wish to look at. A lovely little touch was the bowls of fresh fruit and water on our arrival. Thank you

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit schöner Aussicht auf die Ebene

Wir haben die Zeit in der Ost-Algarve sehr genossen, viele Ausflugsziele sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger nach wie vor unzureichend ausgestattet.

Nicht zu viel versprochen

10 Tage durften wir zu sechst entspannt in der tollen Villa verbringen. Hier wird defintiv nicht zu viel versprochen! Der Innen- und Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr zufriedenstellend. Personal für Garten und Pool kamen regelmäßig vorbei und verrichteten ihre Arbeit schnell und gründlich! Das Casa da Rosas ist sehr empfehlenswert für Freunde, die gemeinsam reisen und von dort aus Faro und Umgebung erkunden möchten. Die Kneipen und Bars von Faro sind nur ca 15 Autominuten entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft von der Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, somit hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre. Dir Kommunikation mit der Host war zuverlässig und wertschätzend. Alles in allem ein Rundumpaket das wir nur empfehlen können! :)

Beste Zeit in wunderschönem Haus

Perfekt ausgestattet und wunderschön ruhig gelegen war dieses Haus in Faro. Die Küche hatte alles, was man so braucht und noch mehr, der Pool Bereich war super und wir hatten 4 Badezimmer. Perfekt für 7 Freunde, wir hatten eine unvergessliche schöne Zeit.

Lovely holiday home

Casa das Rosas is an amazing and lovely holiday home and garden. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Especially the garden with pool is amazing and ideal for young kids. The house itself could do with a bit of updating and modernizing (shower curtains, failing door locks and other small things) but overall you will have a great time here.
