Annamaria was a delight to work with and the property was perfect for our group of eight. It was close to most of the major tourist sites, with many shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice apartment

Very clean and very nice apartment in a great location in Rome. All four bedrooms are spacious and air conditioned. This was very helpful since temperatures were over 90 each day we were in Rome. We had a problem with hot water but this was resolved after discussion with owner. VRBO maps shows an incorrect location for the apartment. The written location is correct.

Perfect for our large group

This place was great and exactly as advertised. 4 bedrooms (the pictures here represent what all 4 looked like as they are quite similar), 4 bathrooms (what a dream when traveling with 8 people!) and a nice common space that we could all comfortably hang out in. Has a bit of a kitchen but we didn't use it other than the nice sized fridge. The AC was amazing and could be controlled separately in each room. Had a washing machine as well. Very spacious, beds were all comfortable. Neighborhood had several restaurants to easily walk to, and was close to a subway stop that we used a lot to get to the Colosseum, the Forum, Spanish Steps, etc. The host was fantastic in letting us drop our luggage off before check in time, and helped arrange transport to the airport for the day of check out. All members of our party were very pleased with our stay! The only thing I'd mention is to be aware of use of hot water in the showers all at once. We had 8 people taking showers and the hot water would start to disappear, but that's not too surprising. Would still recommend!

Very spacious apartment with bathrooms in each room. We were surprised at how large the rooms were. If you are looking to cook, the kitchen is on the smaller side but the appliances are all there for you. We unfortunately only ended up staying 1 night instead of 3 and were sad to not stay longer. The hosts were responsive and accommodating with helping us get a car from the airport to the apartment. Overall a great experience.
