Great location right on the beach with exceptional views, as well as steps away from the gate into town for numerous dining and shopping options. And, the housekeeper/chef was a wonderful addition to spoil us further!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean front condo and were well taken care of by our on the ground concierge! All requests for bookings or to address issues were promptly handled, making our stay as smooth as can be. Loved being close to town which made it easy to pop out for groceries or dinner.

Our stay at Hacienda de Mita was excellent! The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable and very clean! The concierge service was excellent. From stocked groceries to booking services we did not want for a thing. Berta came each day and cooked amazing breakfast and ceviche for the afternoon. She was lovely! The location to town was fantastic as well to be able to walk to dinner or go into town for something. We truly did not want to leave! We look forward to returning! I would highly recommend!

The owners reached out and were super responsive in making sure we were all set for our trip. The staff once we got there was exceptional. The food was delicious. The condo was well-maintained and in a perfect location! We plan to visit again!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect location, easily walkable into town. The concierge was very helpful and the Bertha, the housekeeper was a really great addition to the experience. She cooked for us almost every morning and a few afternoon late lunches. The master suites are very large and the deck is massive. We cannot wait to come back

Wonderful Family Vacation

This condo was wonderful, nicely appointed! Bertha , our housekeeper/chef, was amazing! She made sure we were all taken care of! This condo was right in front of the ocean and we spent a lot of time just sitting outside and enjoying the ocean view and sounds! Highly recommend this condo!

Amazing vacation

Even better in person! The condo is clean, well appointed and has the most amazing view. Berta and Marisol are gems, her meals were delicious and they are both so sweet. We were two families, with four children between the ages of 7-13, they all loved it. We really liked the beach clubs, being close to town and having use of a golf cart to get around. Would definitely return for another stay!

Description was accurate. Beds/linens on par with 5 star hotels. Berta the housekeeper/cook was amazing. Constant communication from property manager. Seamless transportation to and from airport. Easy access to town. Really hard to find any faults with this property. Don’t hesitate to book!

Gorgeous property

This was our first time staying “inside the gates” The condo was a perfect location as the gate to town were just steps away! Loved having access to the various beach clubs and fabulous restaurants. The condo was gorgeous and very comfortable. Unfortunately for us, we had rain and clouds with one day of sunshine. Not the norm for March. Still had a lovely week!

Amazing!

This condo was amazing! It is close to town. You can walk through the gate and be at restaurants within minutes. The housekeeper Berta made us several lunches and snacks that were so good! There are many things to do close by. We enjoyed spearfishing, a trip to the hidden beach, snorkeling on the reef, exploring the tide pools, deep sea fishing, golfing, running on the trails, and enjoy the other beach clubs as well. The view from the master bedroom and patio is breathtaking! Beautiful sunrises and amazing evenings looking out onto the ocean. A week was not long enough!

Best Family Vacation

We went to Punta de Mita with another family(kids 3, 5 and 7) and stayed at Hacienda de Mita in September 2011. The condo and Punta de Mita blew our expectations away. The place was beautiful, the cook was amazing. We told her ahead of time what we wanted and she waited for us with fresh ceviches, guacamole, salsa, etc... She is the sweetest lady! The golf cart was a huge help, since is the best way of transportation around Punta de Mita. The owners of the property called us to make sure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. We were treated like Royalty! We already want to plan another trip and go back! Thank you so much for everything!
