YourHouse Casa Llubi, house with private pool and air conditioning

This modern house with private pool in the centre of Llubi, north-central Mallorca, offers a quiet home for 2-6 guests.



Llubi is a 15-20 minutes drive from Playa de Muro and the beach of Can Picafort. In the village there is a small supermarket and bars. Gas stations, restaurants and more services can be found in Inca, 10 minutes by car. The Tramuntana mountain range, famous for the villages Valldemossa and Sóller, has countless hiking and cycling trails. A car is recommended.



The two-storey house has a private pool (chlorine) of 5 x 3 meters and a depth of between 0.9 and 1.1 meters. Here you can start your day with a long breakfast on the terrace. For sun lovers there are two sun beds and a sun umbrella in the garden.



The terrace gives access to the fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the air-conditioned living-dining room. The equipment includes a washing machine, fast Wifi, dishwasher, gas hob and satellite TV. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Separately, there is another bathroom with bathtub which services the rest of the house. There is another air-conditioning unit in the hallway of the bedrooms. Free parking is available in front of the house on the street.



Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival.



Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
