Cozy house with direct access to the beach

Nice and cozy house located on the beach of Malgrat de Mar, with direct access from the garden. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with 3 showers and 2 sinks). The house is located right next to the multiple bars, restaurants but in a very quiet area with a lot of privacy.
The garden has a barbecue area, tables, chairs and beds for sunbathing and relaxing by the sea.
It is not a luxury house! If you are looking for luxury it is not your home. If you are looking for tranquility, nature, being able to enjoy the beach and the garden, we will be happy to host you :)
The space
If you love the beach and the sea, you are looking for a quiet place but close to everything, this is your home. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the garden gate and go directly to the beach is priceless!
In the surroundings there is a wide range of leisure activities, theme parks, gardens and an excellent gastronomic offer.
Services and common areas
The house has parking for 1 car. In addition, there is a free public parking right next to it.
To move around the area you do not need any transport. The town center is just across the street. A few minutes walk away is the train station, which goes directly to Barcelona or Blanes.
We offer all our guests a concierge service and a wide range of activities such as bicycle rental, cooking classes, private chef, boat rental, transfers, excursions and much more.

Location, location! but a bit Bohemian

I highly recommend this property for its location. Just know that the property is beat up and unconventional. The water pressure was excellent, but do not turn on the showers all the way or the floors will flood and the shower heads will spray everywhere. The 1 bathroom had 3 showers and 2 toilets, so flooding is a real problem. We had 8 guests but there is no dishwasher. Set up a KP duty roster. Ants, little ants everywhere. Portable AC in the bedrooms only. AC Not fitted to the window properly so they barely function at keeping the room cool. Unpainted walls that get white chalk on your hands and clothing. No beach towels. Tiny cloths washer with no dryer. On the beach in the center of town! 1 Secured parking spot, near by additional unsecured parking. Excellent communication with the property manager, who is very sweet:)

Estancia magnífica

Ha sido todo de ensueño, la casa es prefecta para irse unos dias con amigos o familiares, tiene todo lo que necesitas. El jardín es increible, es muy amplio y da todo el dia el sol, es una autèntica gozada poder salir directamente a la playa des del mismo jardín, parece que tengas una playa privada. La chica de la casa es encantadora y nos lo ha puesto todo super fácil. Sin duda ojala poder repetir esta experiencia, 10/10!
