Short walking distance from Consum, restaurants and shops (4min).
Short drive to sandy beach (7min).
(Also bus can take you there (summer time).
And just 20 min by car from Alicante airport.
The house is fully equipped: air conditioned, free Wifi, Smart Tv.
It has 3 double bedrooms with comfortable beds (sleeps 6) and fans to cool you down. Two bathrooms with toilets.
There is a huge solarium at the top of the villa with fantastic views of the surrounding area, swimming pool, mountains and a small stretch of the sea.

Great stay
Lovely 3 bedroomed villa close to the best bar/restaurant area in La Marina Urb.
5 minutes from the supermarket,3 minutes from a very large Chinese market that sells just about everything.
Loads of outdoor space for sunbathing.
3 double bedrooms all clean and comfortable.
Aircon and great fans to all rooms.
Highly recommended.
