Welcome to our spacious and comfortable ground-floor bungalow with a large terrace/courtyard of 160 m², equipped with a charcoal grill for delightful barbecue evenings. The property is fully equipped and located in the popular Spanish resort town of Arenales del Sol, just about 800 meters from the beautiful sand dunes and beach. You are conveniently close to Alicante, only a 10-minute drive from the airport.

L'appartement est grand avec une très belle terrasse. Il est également très propre et plutôt bien equipé. Il est situé à quelques minutes des plages. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Sogar zum Grillen war alles vorhanden. WLAN, TV alles hat funktioniert und auch die Waschmaschine!!

Fantastic stay!

We had a fabulous 6 week stay may/June 19. The bungalow was even better than expected with lots of outside space. Luciana and Marina were so helpful and nothing too much trouble. Beach and seafront fabulous as long as you don't mind the uphill walk back. Buses and taxis very reliable. I'm sure we'll be back!!

Wonderful holidays in Arenales del Sol

It is not our first time we stay in this appartment, perfect place to relax and to enjoy the nature!! Good location and , of course, all around is beautiful and it smells pine needls along the beach. Love this smell! It was sunshine all days we were here and it was the beginning of November. As for appartment, it is very cozy, clean and modern, if you prefer to cook in the appartment there is all you need in the kitchen. There is also very nice terrace, we had lazy long breakfast under the sun over there. For us it is perfect place to stay, we will return there definitely.

the appartment was very nice plenty room the bed sofa was uncomfortable

to start the area was not for us too far out to walk to any shops and restaurants / bars you need a car and you need to book this before you get there for your peace of mind as far as we can gather you can only get car hire from airport and is very expensive, do it before you get to spain. quiet area apart from noisy dogs next door the month we were there and we didnt have TV as you have to have a download chrome but as my phone dosnt hav this function , no use but as it happend the TV was broken anyway and it wasnt fixed by the time we left so to sum up nice break but we wont be back to Alicante thanks . but a massive thankyou to luci who is house manager she is fab .

We are really sorry that you faced with some difficulties during your stay, and one of the TVs was not worked. We will fix it or replace it by the new one. Yes, it is better to book car in advance via internet before your visit, to get low prices. Generally, it depends on period when you are in Spain. During the summer you can go without car to the beach, restaurants and small supermarkets in Arenales Del Sol, but the rest of the year that area with shops is practically closed, so it is good to have car to get to Gran Alacant where there are more variety of supermarkets and restaurants open all year round. I really want to recomend the residence!

I visited the residence several times now and I will do so in the future too. I really like this residence. It is fresh and comfortable to live there. You can walk to the beach and restaurants and also make small purchases. The owner is a nice and loyal person. I really want to recomend the residence.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben in dem Appartement alles wie beschrieben angetroffen. Es war einfach aber gemütlich und sauber. Das Geschirr war etwas angestoßen und die große Matratze hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Für unsere kleinen Kinder war vor allem die große Terrasse perfekt. Zum Strand konnten wir leider nicht zu Fuß laufen, da es auf dem Rückweg schon sehr steil hoch ging. Für Kinder nicht zu bewältigen. Es gab jedoch genügend Parkplätze, so dass es uns nicht gestört hat, mit dem Auto zu fahren. Der Kontakt zu Marina und Luciana waren perfekt, der nette Service ging weit über Standardleistungen hinaus. Fazit: Preis-Leistung unschlagbar, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Superbes vacances en famille dans bel appartement

Nous avons séjourné 15 j en juillet. Appartement fonctionnel avec superbe grande terrasse dans laquelle nous étions tout le temps vu le magnifique soleil...heureusement piscine juste à la sortie de l appartement de plain pied. Espérons pouvoir y retourner l an prochain.

Trivsamt boende.

Vi hyrde detta boende till våra barn och barnbarn i fyra sköna veckor i juni. Till boendet hörde en otroligt stor och härlig markterass. Där var det skönt att sitta och koppla av i skuggan efter en varm dag. Kunde kanske varit mer och bättre möblerad. Sängarna var inte sköna att ligga i. I övrigt var utrustningen helt okey. Barn och barnbarn trivdes annars bra. Service och information var mycket bra. Med bättre sängar, rekommenderar vi gärna detta boende. Tillgång till bil rekommenderas, då området har stora nivåskillnader.

Vi har planer på att byta ut sängarna i det lilla sovrummet och vi har några idéer angående möbleringen av terrassen. En lägenhet där vi gärna bor igen

Mysig lägenhet med stor uteplats och genomsam pool bara några meter bort. Bra motion till och från stranden. Man bör dock vara rörig om man vill gå till fots. Härligt väder, fint med promenadstråk med palmer. Det är trevliga och bra restauranger längs vägen vid stranden (Av San Bartolomé de Tirajana). Trevligt folk på Super Fran, Heladería Garrigos, View Bar och Pizza Pasta e Basta!. Buss till flygplatsen kostar bara 21 kr men få turer dit per dag. Underbar sandstrand för morgon- och kvällspromenader. Härligt hav och saltvatten för bad, sol och värme. Vi kommer tillbaka så gärna till Arenales del Sol igen och självklart vill vi bo i Bellaamar.

The best holidays ever

First of all many thanks to Marina and Marcos, for their prompt feedbacks! To be honest we had a lot of questions to them while we were choosing a place to stay. Location of the house, distance from the beach - it is always very important for us. We were very curious about the area! Apartment is located on the up part of the hill, way to the beach is amazing. We like to walk a lot and it was a right choice for us to stay. Apartment is much better than on the pictures, inside you can find everything you need. If you prefer home food, kitchen is equipped. There is small yard near the house with sun loungers, so you can take sunbath whenever you want. We didn't go to the swimming pool as we prefer to swim in the sea. By the way, water was already quite warm for swimming and we enjoyed our time their much. Beach is long and wide!!!! Close to it there are bus stops and you can easily get to Alicante by bus or by car. 20-30 minutes and you are already in the city! We had fabulous holidays there and would like to come back again!!! I would recommend this apartment because it is a perfect place to stay, nature is beautiful and location is perfect!!!

Ein gelungener Familienurlab

Die Beschreibung des Appartements war korrekt. Wir haben alles so angetroffen, wie es angegeben war. Alle notwendigen Dinge waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr angenehm. Unsere Kinder fühlten sich dort wie zuhause. Das Schönste war für sie der Pool bei dem heißen Wetter und natürlich der Strand, der sauber war. Es sind viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und bestimmt für jeden was dabei. Auf jeden Fall würden wir die Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse und den Ort Arenales weiterempfehlen. Es gibt dort zweimal in der Woche einen Markt auf dem man super Obst und Gemüse und alles mögliche besorgen kann, der war sehr gut.

Arenales del Sol Spanien

Jag och min familj hade semester i augusti 2013 i arenales. Det är bra plats, det finns allt du behöver på nära håll, närliggande kaféer, affärer, stranden och busshållplats. Att åka till Alicante tar det bara 15 min med bussen, till flygplatsen - 7 minuter. Sandstrand har flera mysiga caféer med glass och mat. Lägenheten har allt du behöver och är mycket bekvämt, allt är nytt. Mycket romantiskt. Rekommenderar för familjer med barn eller en grupp av vänner, och par kommer att ha det mysigt där också.

Alicante -Arenales del Sol

I was with my family in August, it is easy to get and everything you need to stay located nearby cafes, shops, beach and bus stop. In Alicante - 15 min to the airport - 10 minutes (ticket costs - 2.50 euro). Beach sand, the beach has a cozy cafe with ice cream and food with no problems. The apartment has everything you need and very comfortable, everything is new. Loved it. Very romantic. Recommend traveling with children or a group of friends, but couples will be cozy.
