Magnificent air-conditioned villa of type Quad of 80 m2, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower and bath) The whole on ground entirely rounded off and done up.
The villa is very well maintained, it is fully equipped, and includes a kitchen with appliances with access of full foot on shaded terrace surrounded by splendid bougainvilliers. The terrace-solarium has a view of the sea, 3 km away. The secure shaded community pool with private access, just steps away, is fully fenced, with paddling pool for children.
The area is quiet, well located, 300 m from the nearest supermarket and restaurants.

Nice Stay

The house is cozy and nice. The pool was at the end of the street which wasn’t really what we expected. It also did not have any chairs or grass like on the pictures. In the house was a really bad smell coming out of the bathroom downstairs, so it was impossible to shower there. Check in and out was super easy.

Fabulous house

What a lovely house! We was welcomed by Chantel, very friendly, contact details were left, there was no need to contact, the house was very clean, had everything you could possibly need. Communication was very good before travel. In a quiet area but easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Beautiful pool area at the end of the street. Fabulous outside space. Maison bien équipée pour un séjour en famille accompagné d’un bébé. En revanche, grosse invasion de fourmis que nous avons dû traiter à notre arrivée. De plus gros problème de wifi. Zone pavillonnaire calme et agréable. Piscine propre et bien entretenue.

Nous avons séjourner 2 semaines dans la villa pendant le mois d aout. La maison est vraiment jolie: de beaux espaces extérieurs et bien arborées, un interieur bien agencé. Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren generell sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Man konnte nicht direkt am Haus parken, aber in einer Nebenstraße. Leider hat das untere Bad permanent unangenehm gerochen, was in den Wohnbereich gezogen ist.

Un séjour inoubliable

je ne peux que recommander cette annonce. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliable dans cette belle maison ou il fait bon vivre, il ne manque rien. Le calme et la sécurité règne dans le quartier. les voisins sont très sympathique, on a eu la chance de les rencontrés aux abords de cette magnifique piscine, qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien. On a été très bien accueilli par Chantal, jeune femme très sympa et disponible. Très bonne relation avec le propriétaire, également très sympa et disponible. Tout le nécessaire est à proximité, vraiment des super vacances pour toute la famille. Vivement qu'on y retourne !!!!

El alojamiento a sobrepasado nuestras expectativas, hemos pasado unos días disfrutando de la villa tanto de día en la piscina como de la tarde noche, disfrutando de la barbacoa y de su terraza, comercios y bares restaurantes cercanos. hemos podido descansar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la villa y de sus alrededores, de sus gentes y comercios cercanos. Por poner alguna pega, los mosquitos tigre que nos han comido vivos, para los próximos inquilinos recomiendo llevar repelente anti mosquitos tigre, gel para las picaduras y antiestaminicos. En general nuestra estancia a sido muy reconfortable y volveremos en proximas vacaciones.

La propriété appelée « Charline » est un endroit que je recommande fortement. Nous avons été plus que séduits avec mes enfants ainsi que mon amis et ses enfants. La maison était très spacieuse et chacun pouvait avoir son petit espace que ce soit à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur. La piscine est juste à côté, un régal pour les enfants :-) Rien à dire, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances

Todo lo bueno se acaba

Le logement est parfaitement identique à ce qu’il indique l’annonce, propre, fonctionnelle et Calme parfait pour le repos. Le voisinage tranquille et la piscine très très bien. Étant en famille nous aimons cuisiner et tout est là sauf un batteur électrique, mais bon ça serai un plus 😉. Sincèrement Très content 😃

Not Superb

Villa was described as 'superb' but it wasn't. There was food left in cupboards that was out of date, some by well over a year (I had to clean it out as I needed to store my food). Microwave was rusty and smelt (I have a photo), downstairs shower tray was rusty (I have a photo), no air in 2nd bedroom, just a fan, not even a fan in 3rd bedroom, lots of broken/cracked tiles in front garden, main front door locked so had to use a steep step to get into garden. Flowers/plants so overgrown that my car got scratched, no attempt to sweep up the vast amount of dead flowers, step ladders left in dangerous place on to terraced (not under air conditioning units as I was told when I queried this). No towels when I arrived, I had to chase owner and then go to the agency the next day to collect them where I was asked 'Who said you were meant to have towels?' Had to pull up advert to prove it. I had to chase where to collect key from and where to drop off. Beds in room 3 are sofa chairs that fold down, so wouldn't be suitable for a large adult. No wifi for 11 days, and I had to chase this it get it sorted, all sorts of excuses (a long term banking issue that could have been resolved sooner). TV in French and Spanish only. A discount was agreed with the owner as I had booked for 30 days, despite giving my IBAN details twice, and now being back nearly one month, no refund and he has not even answered my last email. Deposit wasn't refunded automatically as stated on website, I had to chase it. No attempt to set up outside chairs for arrival, beds not made (I have rented a lot of villas and never had to make the beds!), had to strip beds when we left (again, never been asked to do this). Not even a basic welcome pack on arrival. On a positive, sofas, chairs and double bed were very comfortable.

10 dias en julio muy pero que muy calurosos pero gracias al aire acondicionado y en parte la piscina han sido mas fresquitos. decir que al alojamiento no hace falta traer nada, tan solo lo personal y poco mas, hay de todo y no falta detalle. sin duda repetiremos. gracias Patick, un saludo.
