This flat is located on a peaceful street just a short walk away from Hyde Park, with access to Connaught Village and Marble Arch. There are also numerous shopping options at Oxford Street and Bond Street. Its colourful decor makes it a great place to stay while in London!

The Space:
This vibrant home is set over three floors, with two bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms, an intimate living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities you require to cook a scrumptious meal! The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and the second bedroom features a two single beds put together as a king bed. There is also a study room with a transformable sofa.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property.

Less than a 5 minute walk to both Hyde Park and Marble Arch, both priority destinations for many travellers.
The Regent Street Cinema and the Everyman Cinema are also close to the house for an evening out.

Shopping:
Selfridge's and John Lewis are down the street, Harrods is a 20 minute walk across Hyde Park. Around the corner and a 2 minute walk is Connaught Village, which has designer boutiques and art galleries.

Food & Drink:
Donostia: gourmet tapas and basque pintxos. Takes its name from the city San Sebastian in Spain.

Marble Arch Station: Underground, Central Line. Walking from the home it is 6 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
