Nissi Beach holiday villa - rentprivatevillas 003 is perfectly located a few minutes away from Nissi Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Europe, renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches and shallow waters. It is not just the beach that is near, but bars, restaurants and mini markets, in fact everything that you need to ensure you have one of the best holidays of your life.

The villa is ideally situated on a popular complex and is well liked by both families and young people. A car is not necessary if you plan to stay in the area, as everything you would need is within walking distance, however, off road parking is provided if required.

When you arrive you will notice a fruit tree hanging over the fence providing the privacy for the pool and patio area and with another one at the back of the property, they are just ripe for picking. Colourful bushes add to the tropical feel. You will be impressed by the size of the outside area with enough room for all your sun beds and al fresco dining. The table tennis table even has its own separate area, so something to suit everyone. As the outside is completely fenced, you will have total seclusion in which to retreat from the hustle and bustle.

This smart villa is very well furnished with lovely dark wood furniture and matching leather sofas; an area in which to relax and watch the TV . Patio doors lead to a patio area at the front of the house, which offers further shade should you require some respite from the glorious Cyprus sun.

Upstairs you will be surprised by the size of the landing area off which are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and the family bathroom. Both bedrooms are a good size and have patio doors which lead to a shared balcony at the front of the villa; a lovely vantage point from which to view the Ayia Napa surrounding area.

You can’t come to Ayia Napa without at least one visit to the Water Park and this villa is only about a 20 minute walk away. Ideal property and excellent location makes this property a must for anyone.

Nice apartment in a nice location. The pool light didn’t work though and the ping pong table was broken.

Zunächst muss ich sagen, dass wir einen guten Support durch die Hausverwaltung hatten. Doch es gab ziemlich viele Mängel an der Unterkunft, die ich hier gerne aufzählen möchte: - Defekte Duschstange- Defekte Armaturen (Wasser läuft, obwohl abgeschaltet) - Zimmertüren und Fenster schließen teilweise nicht- nicht genug Ablageflächen für Kleidung und im Bad- der Pool hatte viele defekte Fliesen, meine Kinder haben sich mehrfach an den scharfen Kanten blutig verletzt- der Grill war rostig, das beigestellte Gas war leer- die Fernbedienungen für die Klimaanlage enthielten leere Batterien, für den Fernseher sogar gar keine.- es gab keine Adapter für die Eurostecker.- Wir müssen alles selbst kaufen, es war nichts vorhanden: Batterien, Wasser, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Abwaschtücher und Schwämme, Salz, Reinigungsmittel, Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine, Zewa, Müllbeutel und vieles mehr - es waren nicht einmal Ersatzmülltüten vorhanden.- das Geschirr war mega dreckig- beißende Riesen-Ameisen am Außentisch- Kakerlaken im Haus- Schränke haben geklebt vor Dreck- Lärm in der Nachbarschaft- anfangs dreckiges Poolwasser vermutlich vom Vorgänger- keine Erklärungen, welche Schalter für einen normalen Wohnbetrieb umgelegt werden müssen.... Ich kann alles mit Fotos belegen, sogar die Verletzungen der Kinder.

When you contacted us because the electricity had tripped, we came to the villa immediately and asked whether everything else was satisfactory or if you needed anything. At no point you didn’t mention any of the concerns listed in your review. Had you done so, we would have done everything possible to assist. We always encourage our guests to communicate any concerns during their stay, as our priority is to resolve issues promptly and ensure you have an enjoyable holiday, but we have to be infomed. When you asked for a late check out we were happy to allow you a late checkout at no extra charge to make your departure more convenient. The villa is a self-service establishment holiday home, and this is stated in the listing. We provide a starter supply of essentials on arrival, including toilet paper, hand soap, and washing-up liquid, kitchen sponge, kitchen clothe. If prospective guests have any questions about what is included before booking, we are always happy to answer them so they know exactly what to expect. Or if you asked us during your stay we could assist Regarding the insects mentioned, Cyprus is a Mediterranean island where cockroaches and ants are a natural part of the environment, especially during the summer months. Cockroaches and ants can appear despite regular pest control. The pool is cleaned 2 times a week ( tuesday and friday), you arrived on Monday afternoon and due the wind there could be some leaves in the water. The villa is situated in a busy tourist resort . During the peak holiday season , some noise from neighboring properties can occasionally be expected . While we understand this may not suit guests, unfortunately it is beyond our control
