Casa Barca - Cala Murada

Mediterranean style house for 6 people a few meters from the beach of Cala Murada.

Casa Barca is a Mediterranean style house with white walls and blue shutters surrounded by a pine and palm tree garden. You enter the house through the garden and enter the living room with a sofa and armchair area and a dining area with a round table. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is not very big but is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, two with single beds and one with a double bed. Next to the rooms there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
From the dining room you can reach the covered terrace overlooking the pool; there is also a dining table and a great BBQ.
The garden of the house has more than 1000 meters and is divided into two different areas, a pine area where there is an outdoor lounger and table, and a lawn area next to the pool. The pool offers excellent views of the gorge and is surrounded by loungers and umbrellas.
The house near the beach is ideal for families and has a large garden, satellite TV and wifi.

Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und ruhig

Perfekt für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, bis auf eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool ein Traum. Salzwasser. Die Lage genial. Ruhig. Ein schönes Grundstück. Der Strand schön. Man hört auch ab und zu das Meer Klimaanlage. Stabile Preise

Great location but the house is a bit dated and the grounds are not well kept

Great location and the house is good but it’s really missing air con for the really hot days. Everything works but has seen better days. Also there are only very basic kitchen stables and no cleaning supplies to keep the interior clean. The pool is great but it gets dirty with pine needles and sand. The grounds are not well kept. Keeping the yard in shape would make a big difference especially when all the surrounding houses are well kept. The setting is superb for amazing for watching sunsets from the terrace.

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay in this very pleasant house. Isolated from neighbors and very quiet. Not overlooked and very pleasant swimming pool. A beach is accessible in a few minutes. The Mallorca House Rent agency was very responsive to our few requests. We are happy to work with them again and we recommend this agency +++.
