About this property

This detached house is located in Pittulongu, a residential area of Olbia which develops entirely a few meters from the sea, and located near the enchanting beach of Mare Rocce.
Although located in a private context, the house is nevertheless not far from bars, restaurants, a bakery and a market.
Equipped with generous outdoor and indoor spaces, it can accommodate both families and groups of friends.
In fact, it has three bedrooms (all the windows are fitted with mosquito nets), a living room and a new kitchen equipped with everything needed for a carefree holiday.

Nice location but no A/C

Nice little house which is close to the beach and restaurants. However it was listed as having A/C when in fact there is only a portable unit in the kitchen - it was not effective in keeping the house cool in late July. There is also a pleasant garden and patio.
