T3 oura Cond. Privado

Apartment in private condominium, with swimming pool for adults, children's pool and garage, very well decorated and very functional.

Great location for a well deserved holiday, towel on the shoulder and walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the center, as well, 5 minutes walk to the street of the bars.

As parking is in the garage, however, once the parked car will not need it for anything, everything is at hand, beach, pastries, Take Away, restaurants, downtown Albufeira, bars, etc. In a radi...



Located 500m from the beach of "Forte de São João" in one of the most prestigious areas of Albufeira. Access to the beach is made with the greatest of facilities, given the proximity.

The great advantages of these apartments are mainly, 1st Location, 2nd functional requirements, 3rd comfort.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

Lovely and large apartment on a great location with a sea view over the rooftops. The apartment is in a gated complex with the pool area secured by a locked gate. David was an excellent host, responding to queries quickly and there to greet us late at night. The beds could be a bit comfier and there are no sun loungers at the pool so we used our towels on the grass. Apart from that we would recommend, the location is great with 7 minute walk to an amazing beach with beach bars and a 20/25 minute walk to the old town. The strip is around 5/6 minute walk in other direction.

Perfect stay

The apartament is located right near the beach and The Strip, so everything is withing a walking distance, and that's perfect for a friend trip. The apartament is in perfect conditions, clean and well equipped, which makes everything nicer. I would 100% recommended it to further visitors.
