Helen House is a luxury townhouse with its own parking for 2 cars. The first-class accommodation is on three floors, to maximize the stunning views over the estuary, town & out to sea. The property is situated within a few minutes' walk of Fowey's award-winning restaurants, shops & beaches.

The property has two balconies & a patio to watch the cruisers & yachts sailing in the estuary. The integral garage is yet another advantage of this very superior holiday property providing parking for two cars. In addition to the patio, there is outside use of a large shared garden. The house also has large LCD TVs & fibre broadband so that you can catch up with your emails or play games on the internet.

Fowey is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and the house is perfectly placed for either of Fowey's two beaches, National Trust coastal & estuary walks, canoeing or for hiring a boat & learning to sail. Three golf courses are situated a short drive away as are numerous National Trust Houses & Gardens. The Eden project is also only 15km away which is always worth a visit. Also close by are the popular coastal ports of Charlestown, Mevagissey, Polperro and Goran Haven making the house the perfect holiday home to explore Cornwall.

Fowey holds many events throughout the year including the popular Fowey Royal Regatta and the Daphne du Maurier literary festival.

Beautiful home, excellent location

Helen's house was just perfect. The views from the balconies are amazing. The kitchen was so well equipped with absolutely everything you could need to cook, lots of utensils, plates and mugs etc, really spacious. Yes there are tons of stairs and the layout is not "standard" but you do get used to it! Within a few mins walk you're in fowey where there are just enough pubs, restaurants, to keep you fed. The rest or Cornwall is also easily accessible by car within max 2 hours you can visit all the main places. The responsiveness of the caretaker was great too, we accidentally smashed a wine glass and she was kind to acknowledge and not ask for any money to replace. It really is a great location and again the views from the balconies are so amazing. We were recommended to stay here by friends and would recommend this place to everyone!

What an amazing property. The views are unrivalled for Fowey. Spacious property with good parking which is of huge benefit in Fowey. Very clean and well appointed. We will be back!

We have been coming to Fowey for 40 years. We finally purchased this home and are currently upgrading it ,so you will hopefully like some of the changes we have made.It is ideal for the town and parking is a massive bonus in Fowey as most properties do not have private parking
