Located in Desenzano del Garda, within the Residence Kristall Lago with shared swimming pool, just a few steps from the town centre, beach and lake, an apartment with one bedroom on the first floor for a couple's holiday or family stay for up to 4 people.



The apartment welcomes guests with a spacious living room consisting of a comfortable sofa, convertible into a double bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and a fully equipped independent kitchen.



This apartment is completed with an air-conditioned bedroom, equipped with a double bed, flat-screen TV, spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.



The living room and bedroom overlook the apartment's private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and relaxation moments.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September, from 9 to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Desenzano del Garda is a charming little town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to rediscover ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the panorama. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who will be able to practise windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing.

This city is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda, which offers many enchanting corners, starting from the nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The residence is reachable from the nearby Verona airport (40 minutes by car) and from the motorway.

Clean and well equipped flat.

We arrived at the property late and had no issues obtaining access. The property was clean and welcoming. Well equipped kitchen and flat. Some confusion over Italian power sockets, as there seems to be about 3 different types.

Wohnung entsprach nicht den Angaben der Beschreibung der Bilder

Wir haben uns nicht in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, denn die war veraltert. Hatten erst keinen Strom da die Anschlüsse keine Euro Norm hatten. Ein Techniker musste erst die Gastherme instandsetzen weil wir nicht Duschen konnten. Die Küche kein ausreichendes Licht. Die Dunstabzugfilter voller Dreck mit Fett verstopft, Beleuchtung dazu defekt. Im Esszimmer war die einzige Mehfachsteckdose defekt. Im Duschraum keine Haken um etwas Aufzuhängen. WLAN war auch ein Problem. Auf der Terrasse- waren ein Tisch, 4 Kunststoff Stühle ohne Polster und auch keine Liegen vorhanden.Die Liege im Esszimmer hatten wir als unbequem nicht benutzt.Auch die Schlüsselübergabe ist ein Problem gewesen weil Inder Anlage keine Rezeption für die Wohnung ist und musste über Watsap korrespontiren. Zu Lob waren Backofen, Waschmaschine, Microwelle gängig.Ergo…..für uns war die Feriienwohnung nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Séjour à DESENZANO

Appartement agréable, surtout pour sa terrasse. Bonne disposition des pièces. Un regret: pas de fenêtre dans la cuisine. Parking très utile.
