Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa-bed, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring Porto. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. 

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)

Beware before you rent!

This apartment is rented through a very commercial enterprise. You have to look three times at hidden costs, like paying for someone to hand over the keys at the apartment, standard there are no kitchen towels, nor any leftovers from previous guests (so you leave your bottle with olive oil to waste too...). They said this was in teh advertisemnt, but even after coming home and rechecking I couldn't find it. We had no curtains in the bedrooms, which was the case for months, according to insiders info. During our four day stay this was not fixed, even with the promise on day 3 that 'a maintanence team' would solve it. Yes, we got a part refund, but he, who wants to sleep in a bedroom without curtains to get a refund...? Also, beware of your personal data. At the bottom (scroll, scroll) of the registration form you have to actively decline the use of your data for commercial purposes. That's against EU privacy guidelines! Guest? Ready? Earn! The apartment itself is OK, but there are plenty of alternatives in Porto. It is a small town where everything is in walking distance.
